Id recommend the OP/Ed of "Dont doy with me miss Nagatoro" The sharp tooth (fang) is artstyle commonly used to make characters cuter or something... dont ask - Japan have this weird thing about cats and girls... and cat girls

Yeah I guess you could call it a good anime, but the premise just annoys the hell out of me. It's about a girl who has absolutely 0 personality and does basically nothing the entire show, but people still are head over heels for her just because she's pretty. Most useless waifu in existence

ED2 is incredible, definitely my favorite. And I think the anime is great at showing some struggles with social anxiety, and communication. It’s mostly lighthearted, you’d probably enjoy it

The 2nd ending is my favourite too and the full version is great, like you said the ramp up at the end leaves you wanting more, which is what you get from the full version, great reaction as usual 👍

OP2 is performed by Miku Ito. While she IS also a voice actor, she doesn't play Komi. Komi is actually voiced by Aoi Koga, who also voices Kaguya.

The sharp tooth is considered " cute " in japan. some japanese girl actualy goes to the dentist to get something like that.

I think it does start off pretty funny and wholesome. The problem I had is the manga/show is just so damn slow to progress anywhere. It was fine when it first came out because most romance/slice of life manga were like that. But the last 5 years, the romance genre has changed to be much much quicker.

Komi San is an amazing anime. Its fun and comedic at times and pure wholesome otherwise. Think of it like kaguya Sama without the crazy Light vs L battle, some side characters are definitely crazy tho. And the ending 2 was #4 on your top 50 endings reaction, you only saw few seconds of the whole thing.

Show only had one season what do you expect? I definetly feel the main characters grew closer. And If you follow manga you would have known you are completely wrong. Only part I can agree that the main guy is pretty generic.

All 4 of these songs are on my playlist and still make me happy everytime they come up. The animé is pretty good too. The more I think of it the more characters I remember and how they all made for a very enjoyable watch. Especially any scene with Komi's mom, she steals it immediately. This actually has one of my favourite funny scenes in anime, when an accidental phone call is made... Lol

This was a fantastic anime. Lovely animation, lovable, unforgettable characters, endearing plot progression, gorgeous music. And no, Komi can't communicate because of a social disorder. It's the one thing everyone knew about this story before the anime came out. No aliens.

About the weird looking people- a lot of the side characters are hyperstylised, representing a personality type or manga/anime stereotype. It's adorable, it really is. I've never cared for school Slice of Life animes, but this one is a treat.

Komi cant communicate because she has extreme social anxiety. However, she wants to make 100 friends, and it's hard to do that when you struggle to even speak to someone. She writes down what she wants to say in her notebook to try and speak with people, but slowly begins to overcome her anxieties. Its a rom-com, and its personally one of my favorite series. The anime only recently started within the past couple years, and the manga has plenty more material to adapt, as there are 402 chapters so far, and the anime has covered up to somewhere around chapter 130-ish. I can confidently recommend it as an anime for the slot Love is War is airing in, wherever in line that might be. I think Ending 2 is the best expression of the series out of these 4, but for some reason it's hard for me to communicate why.

It is a slice of life/romcom about a girl with social anxiety who gets misunderstood and the boy who helps her try and make 100 friends. The school is full of escentrics which is probably why you get that weird vibe. It's a pretty good show and the animation is often considered at movie level.

The characters in the show are heavy stereotypes completely characterized by their names. Komi's full name is a Japanese pun that translates to something like Communication disorder, the main guy's name translates to normal person, there's an androgynous character whose name translates to Childhood Friend... It's done really well and each character lives up to their name perfectly, except maybe the main guy lol. It's a pretty cute romcom that can go in extreme directions sometimes, but it's a lot of fun.

the odd cut at the end of the last ED is probably because all anime OPs and EDs are usually full length songs that are cut down to 1 minute 30 seconds, alot of them tend to do the first part of the song, and the full version would continue from that point, more or less

the weird tooth thing some anime characters have is called a "snaggle tooth". its a common thing that a ton of Japanese have because of genetics, so it kinda became a trend in anime.

LMAO Why would you automatically go to "alien" to explain why she can't communicate?! People have valid health reasons that keep them from being able to speak, Luke. This is a slice of life series. Don't get too insane on your theories for this style of anime

LMAO! My guess on the second opening's "fantasy elements" would lead me to believe the class is prepping for a cultural festival and they're putting on a play that's a fantasy based story? I didn't get that far into this show but what I have seen is super cute.
