Hellsing: The Dawn, you miss the prequel ova to the series. It is as you see Alucard just in another form. If you have seen the 2 episode prequel ova then it makes a bit more sense, walter and him got history with the major.

You haven't seen the form Alucard took at the end before he is just showing himself as a child to play along with Walter, a couple of Ovas tell more info about that.

Correction Castlevania it a US production with outsourced animation to South Korean studios, one did also Avatar the last airbender. Netflix just clusters into anime category also chinese, south korean, US and other asian works. This concept for western productions (US/EU) to outsource animation to asian studios is soo old, so many 80/90s cartoons were done this way. For example X-men the animation series has even not only western openings but also 2 japanese (they rock).

fun fact when Alucard turns into a girl at the end ( how he looked in ww2 ) The dub director wanted a girl to do the dubbing for it. But the Japanese denied his request.

It is clear in the voice alone that the person in white in the end is Alucard. You don't even need to watch the prequel OVAs to get this. We know that one of his powers is to transform to multiple forms (be it dog, bats, etc.) so what's stopping him to have another human look.

Unfortunately, Demon Slayer is in the gray zone as to if it should be a YouTube or Twitch reaction. It is super popular, but the YT audience is pushing for Vinland Saga and FMA: Brotherhood type amines, so Demon Slayer is not getting voted for. However, on the other hand, the twitch audience thinks Demon Slayer is super popular and should be a YT reaction, so it doesn't even show up on the tournament bracket.

I hope Luke will do a react to Hellsing abridrged. or a React to Team four star those guys have made a huge impact on the western anime scene, they deserve the recognision.

There are evidence he was R by the Turks when his father gave him up as a hostage. According to the dub director, his brother was more likely a victim of R because Vlad simply put was ugly

Judging by the animes you've watched so far and your taste for dark and horror kinda genres, I suggest you watch 'Owari no Sereph' and 'Drifters'. Drifters are made by the same people that made Hellsing Ultimate!

Alucard's physical form can be anything, he changes it on a whim. Back in WW2 when he fought alongside the teenage Walter, he took the form of that girl. He's taken that form again to mock Walter.

Fun fact in the eastern Europe, where Dracula is from members of religion of peace did that to attack and take sex slaves including boys as part of jihad against Christians. One of things great about Hellsing is it is pretty accurate in referencing some things.

They changed in dub scene with Walter so much. Victorias voice is in the original way more emotional and she is clearly conflicted, but she knows what she has to do.
