Season 2 Vinland Saga is a whole different beast from Season 1 but its still great.

Jason Tam

Death note is 37 episodes.

Mid Series it’ll probably destroy your views I’ve seen some reactors drop this series because it didn’t do well on their channels

There are two English dubs of Vinland Saga season 1 from what I've understood and people seem to have different issues with both. Imo the Japanese version works fine as long as you don't mind the subs. As for Death Note, it's a 37 episode long anime.

Vinland Saga, please 🙏

Markus

Gonna need source on that one chief, I don't believe you. You just want him to watch other animes,.

Please do Vinland and just make sure you pay attention to it like you do aot. IMO it’s honestly better than aot in terms of the manga and so far it’s incredibly animated

Luke, by the looks of it everyone wants to see you react to either Death Note or FullMetalAlchemist BH next. I'd love to see Death Note, but bias aside, this needs to be settled through a poll!

z.z farmland saga. First season of vinland saga? maybe it's better than some parts of attack on titan. But 2nd season I didn't read manga and so far we got no fights compared to season1. People "gently spoiled" saying it's a farming simulator for season2. Which I don't mind if they would make a season 3 or 4 but like luke said, you can't have a "viking anime" without fights.

Frentzy

Hope death note wins because it's the most unique anime ever almost. Full metal is insanely good but you can see anime that did resemble full metal. It's not like unique, the world building and story + characters and villains are just 9.5/10 at everything. Death note is the same, just mental battle is something u almost never see in most shows ever.

Daniel Griffiths

season 2 is character development centered... if you know british history, youd have an idea for whats brewing outside the farm. i havent read the manga but i have a gut feeling the fighting hasn't stopped, give it a chance to cook:)

James Palmer

You should definitely watch this anime if you like good writing.

DandyZombie

my dude you need to check out the opening for "Campfire cooking in another world" its not a big anime and its pretty new but the opening has literally no reason to slap as hard as it does

Nathan S.

It's a really good show.

I mean it is pretty mid I think its kinda overhyped, way too many episodes talking about christianity which I find weird they even went that route in an anime. I can't say much about the views thing tho cause I've never seen it underpreform

I haven't read the manga but season 1 was kinda lackluster to me. No real characters to care about other than main guy. The fights were cool and I like the direction season 2 is going in cause it seems like theres a centered plot now. Season 1 was a history lesson combined with rants about christianity and things kinda just happening. There would be a set of risks but then in the next episode it no longer matters cause the situation has changed completely. So hard disagree on it being better than aot unless the anime isn't a good reflection on the manga.

Ben

the voice acting for the sub is amazing in this anime, one thing that can get confusing is when they are speaking in different languages because it is all in japanese but they cant understand each other at times

Julien Fabrice

Its a 10/10 Anime, the Ones, who go at the second season just watched for the fights not for the story. Its sad, cause the second season is quite deep and emotional

Keith Merrington

The anime is better than the OP/ED music.

David Holst

Not gonna lie here some people dont like it some do. I fall into the camp of loving it but I understand why some wouldn't I think the powerful thing about Vinland Saga is how the show/manga are trying to stretch the medium of anime/manga. Everyone has seen epic action in anime, everyone has seen unique plots in anime, but what Vinland Saga is trying to say with its story is more than just entertaining. Its the kind of show that makes you think and I respect it for that. (Also for anyone thinking I'm reading too much into it. The author himself said his goal with the story was to show a point and have a deeper message not only in the world of Vinland Saga but also in the real world)

Nancy Highfield

You must be kidding, that cave where the music video was filmed, I've literally been there, unless its one that looks the same. If it's the Oya stone mine outside Utsunomiya that's literally it. Cool

Vinland Saga is waiting for you ;)
