If you like friendships in anime you're gonna love this. Yes it has emotional moments, but most of the time it will make you laugh and smile, its basically based on friendships, oh and you should watch it in sub, better than dub imo

The video you watched had the audio timing messed up, the dub is kinda bad until the 2014 reboot which fixed alot of the cringe.

Watched this show in dub first, but in my opinion the sub is better. Really enjoyed it overall! You're right about it being both happy and sad somehow, it's a great mix of emotions!

Whenever the dub starts for an anime I tend to stop watching the sub so I can just enjoy the show more instead of having to read so much. Funimation does great dubs as well so it's a no brainer when they release a show dubbed. Funimation also did Full Metal Alchemist.

idk if you'll ever watch this but subs is always better imo and especially for fairy tail. I know a lot of people like the dub version but I can't watch it. it's just sounds weird to me.

I would say dub is better because It is more engaging than sub, but that is my opinion.
