Anime genres are like music genres, yeah you can probably narrow it down to a couple but theres so much diversity within those. Higurashi No Naku Koro Ni is my current favorite. Creepy, cute, horrifying, beautiful, and thought provoking. Hunter X Hunter starts very silly, very fun, but the shadows are always there and the tone shifts darker and darker as the series goes on.

My absolute favorite anime of all time has to be Gintama. No other anime has been able to top the experience I had watching that show. (Allthough Attack on titan is a pretty close 2nd)

I will tell you a bit of what Hunter X Hunter is about without spoiling: You see that spiky-haired little dude with green clothes that appears in every single opening/ending? He's Gon and he's the main protagonist. He's eleven and he was raised by his aunt, for his mother died under unspecified circumstances and his father left him. One day he finds out his father is a Hunter, which is a special kind of career where people work their souls out to find hidden beauties and mysteries of the world - they hunt for whatever's not been discovered yet. Gon then decides to leave his home and starts a journey to become a hunter so he can hunt for his lost father

Hunter x Hunter is probably my favorite, definitely my favorite shonen anime.

HxH is "kind of" finished. The anime arrives to what you could call a finale, but the manga (the original work) is still in progress. We expect no return of the anime at least for the next few years, since we still need more content for it to be adapted once again "Should I react to it?", if you ask, yes, you should. Have in mind that it is a 148 episode anime, tho. It will be a long (and really nice) journey.

A damn I’ve been so excited for this one. HxH is hands down my favorite shonen anime. It’s a real trip, and yes it’s “finished” as in they’re not making more episodes right now, but the manga is still going albeit really slowly due to the author’s health issues. Also the author also made an old school series called YuYu Hakusho that’s also worth checking out.

I've seen a fair share of anime along the years. MAL(My Anime List) says 700, but I've neglected updating it for so long it's gotta be around the thousands. My favorite nowadays is Re:Zero, but I still really love Yuru Yuri and Nichijou from the bottom of my heart, and every now and then I rewatch them.

Hentai is not considered anime, however, ecchi is, ecchi in Japanese literally means sexual, and in Japanese it means fully sexual so hentai WOULD be ecchi, but to English speakers, ecchi is known as a genre of anime where characters are shown in sexual ways throughout the show, almost as a focal point of the show, but doesn't show "down there" fully, it can even HINT at it, which is crazy, and still not be hentai, but ecchi is basically hentai taken down a bunch of levels, so instead of being Rated X it's just Rated R - Hope this helps!

Well, "what's your favorite anime?" is a REALLY HARD question, there is all different types of anime that touch you in different ways, but i think that in a general consensus Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood is the best anime of all time, but there is Attack on Titan that FOR ME is near to surpass it.

Gun to my head I would say my favorite anime is One Piece, but that's not entirely fair because I rly just read the manga and watch the occasional cool clip and a few big episodes. For an anime I actually watched every episode of I would say Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood. As cliche and unoriginal as that choice is what can I say, it's popular for a reason.

So to answer some questions in the video: 1) Hentai can be both animated and read like a manga. But animated hentai is to anime what a porn movie is to cinema, so take that how you will 2) My favorite anime has to be Bleach. It was my first real anime and is a hell of a good time with some epic ass fights. Its more of a fighting series than one telling a complex story but that is not to say it is without any substance to it. 3) I really like Goblin Slayer and I think it would be a fun reaction on the channel. It is a DARK fantasy, with heavy emphasis on the "dark", that has a brutal first episode that acts as a kind of gate where if you can stomach the first episode and still are able to carry on to the second then you'll enjoy the rest of the series. Basically the story revolves around a hero who only hunts goblins, despite being skilled enough to face stronger monsters you'd typically see in a fantasy story. Goblins in the world are vile creatures who will eat people alive as well as some other unsavory stuff. The Goblin Slayer has made it his duty to meticulously slaughter goblins to protect the everyday people from the horrors he has experience by their hands. It's only 12 episodes long right now with season 2 coming out in sometime 2023, so I'd catch up to watch alongside the rest of us weekly :b (also its a short enough series you could run it for the second anime slot before committing to a somewhat longer series like Overlord or the other options on your list)

My #1 anime, hands down is Katekyo Hitman Reborn . Hunter xHunter sits somewhere in my top 10 maybe top 5, I think you’d love it and it’s a great contender to replace Attack on Titan reactions

The Goblin Slayer recommendations aren't a troll. It is genuinely one of the best dark fantasy shows out imo. There's 1 pretty fucked up scene in the first episode but other than that its not too bad.

My absolute favourite is Attack on Titan, but I also like Death Note, Bleach, and Fullmetal Alchemist (both versions). I watched latter ones in my teen years, and I still consider them great. AoT is the only one I watched as an adult, but it became my favourite immediately.

If you want to see more HxH openings/endings, these ones are actually from the remake. The original anime is quite a bit older, and has a different song for each opening. (though not as many cause it didn't go as far as the remake)

I don’t know exactly how many different anime’s I’ve watched but it’s have to be at least over 200. Asking for someone’s favourite anime is a hard thing to answer but I usually say Naruto because it’s so nostalgic to me. I would really love it if you checkout out the opening and ending to the anime “Call of the Night”. The songs are so fun, I’m sure you’d love them

my top five anime: 1. Kill La Kill 2. One Punch Man 3. Konosuba 4. JoJo 5. Attack on Titan There are so many different genres of anime. Literally anything thing u can think of, there’s probably an anime for it. Whether the anime is good or not is a different story. Also you should react to So I’m A Spider. So What. You’ll love the openings and endings and it’s super hype. Definitely not what you would expect.

Hunter X Hunter is one of my favorite animes! And yes, it is dark. It’s a part of the shōnen genre which often features a young male protagonist and has a focus on action, adventure, and fighting monsters or evil forces. The early parts of AOT qualify as shōnen, but the later parts make AOT more of a seinen type of anime due to the violence, brutality, darker themes and politics. As for my favorite anime… it’s so hard to pick! I think Jujutsu Kaisen and Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood are my faves. The first season of The Promised Neverland is also insanely good. I genuinely think you’d like all three of them!
