definitely worth the watch, you havent read the manga so you cant compare it. so what you think of the show may be completely different than a manga readers opinion.

watch it, no reason to let others decide whether you'll like it or not. Considering you have not read the manga , you will be seeing it with fresh eyes. I have read the manga, and well I enjoyed both.

1st opening and 4th opening are clearly the best and I associate that band's songs most for Tokyo Ghoul. 1st opening is just too good still after years and years.

It's because the visuals are amazing in all the Tokyo Ghoul anime's but the execution of the story holds it back.

I hope this one day gets a re adaptation but I doubt it :C The manga is certainly better in that the anime adaptation was poor post season 1 in a few ways. S2 did its own thing but didnt commit and ended up ending where the manga did. S3/4 Sequel series adapted the story faithfully but stumbled massively in sound and animation. As for the manga being better, I personally remember the sequel (Manga) series being a disappointing mess but I would still recommend it. Its a really enjoyable solid read even if the ending was a mess. As for the anime, well I wont say dont watch it but I wouldnt recommend it personally.
