A summary without spoilers, just with the current info There are 3 types of titans: 1. Human Titans that can back to be humans (Berthold, Reiner, Eren, Annie, the big monkey, Ymir) 2. There are titans that can walk in the night, titans that follow orders from big monkey 3. Other fool titans. Ymir was one of them, in the moment she ate one Human Titans, she borrowed that power (using her words in the last chapter) The Human Titans have special powers Berthold, be the biggest titan and the steam Reinder, his armor Annie, her scream can call the titans, but she can't command they Big monkey, command titans that were near to him Ymir, be small? Eren, berserker mode, and command titans well in the last chapter. I think Erwin saves Eren because he is the only Titan on the human side, in his side. Erwin hopes that Eren will fix the wall, in some way train the hard skin. For that reason Erwin saves Eren. Erwin and Levi don't know many things, they show it in last part of the chapter. AOT is beautiful and you need to see twice at least.

Also, the Beast Titan came from outside the walls (so you haven't seen him before now). This is evident by the fact that he'd never seen ODM gear before he removed Micke's.

BINGO that perfectly describes exactly what that "Lady Ymir Speaking Titan" arc was about... Also you haven't missed anything for the Beast Titan's identity. That was a crazy way to end a season esp for those who had to wait, so that was definitely what they were going for.

Yea, no worries. season 3 will give you a lot of answers. For some of us, season 3 was kinda meh for some parts coz we had spoiled ourselves, but for those who do not know anything, it might be pretty good since it explains stuff that we didn't know to ask.

Its a season early but put it in your NOTES and do not SKIP to after credits and watch full ending in season 3 episode 12 song and visuals are connected to the next season. I followed one guy who forgot it before and its pretty sad. Was waiting all season to get his reaction and he just skipped :D

should be pretty obvious the guy at the end IS the beat titan.... since a) all the "special" titans who dont look like all of the other generic titans have been humans who transform into titans and b) from what you know of the beast titan so far do you think hed just be letting some random guy stand on his shoulder/back like that? As for WHO said guy is... welp... just gotta keep watching, and no Eren's dad was definitely NOT blonde
