Well the weird thing about Attack on Titan is that it ends the second season on a major cliffhanger and then its like "Season 3 will be the last one... oh scratch that - heres season 3 part 2" then its "season 4 is the final season... ops nvm - heres AoT Final season Part 2"... "nope thats not the ending either... youll haveto wait few more years for the real ending"

Remember the castle where the beast titan appeared was near the second wall in the inside! Since they were looking for a hole! So the beast titan didnt jump in the wall, but jumped out the wall! So he is not going in!

As some others already mentioned, the beast titan is not going toward the inside of the Walls. When we saw him climb over the Wall last time, he was heading outside. So now he is probably inside Wall Maria (the first outer Wall), where the giant trees are and all the titans that came through the breach from the first episode.

Please take note that in Season 3 episode 12, you HAVE to watch the ending song to the end. But don't worry, the ending song itself is spoiler free it's just Christa running, there is SOMETHING that you will definitely miss if you skip the ending song.
