WELL THIS WAS INSANE!!!!

League of Legends has been one EPIC rabbit hole that we have fallen down but now IT IS TIME for us to finally check out this LOL series that everyone has been recommending! ARCANE! 

Here is my first time reaction to ARCANE Episode 1!

When this show came to your yt channel, I told to myself that I'll wait for it to all release then sub to your patreon to watch it all uncensored/unedited. It took a bit to actually do that, but here I am. Going to binge it over the weekend. I have no doubt you enjoyed the show

You definitely shouldn't try to play LoL. I've been playing for a super long time and still am a current player but honestly all of it sucks XD, this is my personal opinion though, if you end up liking the show then i hope you enjoy every bit of it it just wasnt one of my favorites after having playing the game for such a long time.

Arcane time bby! :D Loved the show and i bet you will too! it's amazing! :D as for league as a game.... it's honestly a decent game the problem is just that it's a 5v5 game and well.... the community is pretty toxic xD so if you have 4 friends you can play with 100% of the time it's honestly pretty great if not... well then be prepared to get haters everywhere all the time xD

To answer your question about characters - many of them are characters are playable, but most are random characters. One of the great things about Arcane is that the characters that aren't from the game are still amazing and someone that hasn't played the game would have a hard time knowing the difference between many of them.

Instead of LoL I would recommend him Legends of Runeterra, it's much more friendly and has a lot of champion stories with its campaign

The LoL-Universe is already much more than just one game. It has a whole detailed fantasy-world with lore books, several comics, hundreds of short stories and even more artworks. There are already a few other minigames in the LoL-Universe and there are more to come. I played LoL for over 10 years (I still play it sometimes, but not this often anymore) but I still enjoy the world and the lore so much...

Not every character you see in Arcane is playable in-game. You should try to guess during the next episodes who is playable in league and who isn't!

The series has almost nothing to do with a game it is completly different thing just some characters are from the game and u learn about them :)

Ended up signing up here cause the latest AoT episode had the best part fully muted on youtube. But glad it also let me enjoy this first arcane reaction in full quality and with nothing cut off :D Also very much looking forward to seeing you experience the entire series. I would love to see an episode every friday. Arcane is separated in 3 story arcs, so prepare for some big events every 3rd episode :D. About the characters: there are nearly no "good" or "bad" people, just different variations of grey morality. Even the "good" ones have their flaws and you'll eventually start to like even the "bad" characters, because you get to know them all really in depth. As for the insanely well done production: they took 5 years for just the animation of the 9 episodes. The voice actors had their work already finished in 2016 after the storyboard was finished, and they still were still working on the show till 2021.

I watched you live yesterday and waited for the YouTube edited version, then broke down 2 minutes in and figured I could support 1 Dollar month just to see your Arcane reaction. Your positivity and opening catch phrase won me over. To answer your question, "Are all these characters playable characters in LoL-" WE'RE NOT GONNA TELL YOU. It would spoil things. You will make assumptions and conclusions based on their input into the story. That's the fun part.

Please react to the whole show, it's one of the best animated series I watched in the last years. As some others already said: The lore isn't explored much in the game itself. Since noone knew LoL would become so big there was just some baseline lore for the champions background at first. Over time they expanded it with some CGI videos they make, comics, side games and now this show. The game did update the in-game champion background when they added new things but you still won't learn too much from it, since it's not focused on building a world.

You will probably get this on YouTube too, but to fill you in a little more on the overall relation this show has to LOL, it is its own self-contained version of the universe. So, League of Legends the game has its own lore and history. I believe Legends of Runtara is the same. And now you have this show, which now also has its own universe. I guess we could call it the LOLCU or League of Legends Cinematic Universe. They will be using a lot of their characters from LOL in the show but will also be introducing new characters too, like Vander who is not a LOL character. Fun fact, the arch-villain of the series got added to LOL in Team Fight Tactics by popular request from the fandom. I would absolutely love to see hour journey through the next 8 episodes if you are willing. It is an incredible show.

You got to see 7 Champions of League of Legends, but this is an origin story in every sense. As a side note, I joined Patreon simply for this as well.
