code geass is one of my enduring favorites, and I highly recommend it. 10/10 anime. also, yeah, that thrid OP is a little odd. It only plays for the final 2 episodes of season one

code geass is an amazing show because of the story and uniqueness. Also there is a brand new anime that everyone is hyped about that the first episode just released of called chainsaw man which has some darker moments along with funny light hearted moments which you should react to atleast the opening of

Code Geass is in my top 2 anime with Attack on Titan, personally. (Can't really decide between those two). I love it so much, like there is a great plot, but the best about it is how they treated this plot and the characters. Not gonna say more, except yep I'm definetly rooting for you to react to this one at some point ! ^^

1st and 4th openings are the official TV season openings. 2,3,5 openings I don't know maybe special openings. But for myself like I said 1st and 4th are the official from the show and you will see it if you start watching. "Gundam" is one of the most famous mech anime brands. Maybe check "Gundam Seed & Destiny" openings =)

the thing with the 3rd opening for Code Geass is that it only played on the last 2 episodes of the first season, but it pissed me off cause I really love the song and wanted to hear it for more episodes.

Code Geass was my favorite show for many years. I never knew it was a categorized as one of the best of all time. This show came out in a period of anime where all the main protagonists were worthless, weak, stupid and incompetent. Then came the shining light that was Lelouch! This man is clever, so smart, so genius, manipulative. This is the man that controls everything from the shadows. A genius tactician warring against an empire. R2 was the 2nd season that came out some years later. First season ended on a cliffhanger. 2nd season had a very satisfying and appropriate ending. I would recommend anyone to watch this.

This is one of my favorite anime of all time! its got quite the history, two seasons with 5 openings, but then theres Akito The Exile which takes place between the two seasons, i think 4 recap movies over 2 hours a piece with reanimated scenes and brand new scenes, and early this year or late last year we were told that we will get more Code Geass content with all new cast!!
