Anime has its flaws, but maaaan. The story itself, the music and some of the scenes delivery is peak dark fantasy for me. Probably a bit personal as well as I’m a huge mmorpg fan :P

you need to do a reaction to this series like u do for AOT, and the skeleton and winged girl with horns and the elves etc are all part of the main character group but the skeleton is the shows protagonist MC

^ also u should def decide to watch the show based on the first 2-3 episodes not the first episode, the 1 st can be considered pure worldbuilding but 2 and 3 it starts picking up and getting really interesting

I think Overlord, AoT and 86 have the best openings and endings from anime... In a sense of how they're used to hype you up or make you emotional at the end... The best example of that in my opinion are Avid from 86, Shinzou wo Sasageyo, Rumbling and Silent Solitude.

Anime as a medium for art is... Incredible. The music, visuals and storytelling it provides allow some of the craziest pieces of art to be seen, felt and experienced in UNCOPIOUS AMOUNTS. For every "Interstellar" and Game of thrones there's 10 to 20 animes that will leave you drooling and speechless as you watch.

I'm going to be honest, Overlord is an okay show. Fairly unique, but falls off super hard after season 1. I think there's much other anime you should watch over Overlord.
