give him a break buddy. Stream went out 3 times due to connection issues, he tried. His schedule is already so packed. It just means the streams shifted by a week not the end of the world.

@ 2:53 Actually it's a good thing for the sake of their romantic relationship. Gojo is starting to accept his physical attraction to Marin, at least momentarily. Previously he has been suppressing that attraction because he had "freind zoned" Marin. Romantic love requires both and when he fully accepts he'll be ready for a lasting relationship.

He felt weird because that dog statue they went past is a traditional meeting spot for friends and dates. Aaand with the Love hotels. When I lived in Japan, multiple of my female Japanese friends told me that its normal for them to go to love hotels as a group of friends and just hang out (girls only). I was so weirded out and they did not understand it at all.

About the call after school to the evening, we had "Vodafone D2" as mobile "provider" and they had like a Flatrate where you only pay for the call and not for the time, like you pay 0.29€ for 1 call no matter how long, also we did group calls back then, when we gone to sleep we still had the call active, and every morning i we have been asking who is still in the line! What a great past we had as kids :D

If he pushed My Dress Up Darling back to watch SAO, that throws off the whole streaming schedule, plus it would upset the people who wanted to watch My Dress Up Darling on Sunday. Its easier, and it makes more sense, to just skip a week if there's technical difficulties outside of your control, rather than try and shuffle things around and upset multiple groups of people.

I'm glad you liked this a lot! The just really makes you feel good on how cute the couple are. You're gonna love Dangers in my heart too if you're planning to watch another romcom while waiting for season 2 of dress-up darling. I guarantee they give you the fluffs too but in a different setting. The studio behind it poured lots of love to the quality of the show too just like this one. If there's gonna be a vote, I highly recommend Dangers in my Heart next! (it's got 2 seasons currently)

Does anyone know if Marins hair is supposed to actually be 2 different colors? Or was making the end pink an artistic decision by the animators? I've noticed this trend a few times recently. Most girls in Rent A Girlfriend have hair like that too.

If you haven’t watched Mushoku Tensei, then it makes sense you would think that. Watch that if you want to see realistic romance between teenagers. None of this overly dramatic reactions that nobody would actually do in real life. Still, the horny and wholesome moments in this show do make it watchable. Marin is definitely a top tier waifu at the very least. She absolutely carries the show. Dangers in my Heart and Horimiya are also top tier romance anime.

Marin's description of a Succubus is fairly accurate. They are female demons (Incubus are the male equivalent) who enter men's dreams while they sleep, cause them to have erotic dreams then suck out their "essence" till they die. Reminder Albedo is a Succubus.

To my understanding, manga café charge you by the amount of time you spend there. EXAMPLE: You pay a certain amount if you intend to spend 2 hours there, and then have to pay more if you intend to stay longer after that, plus whatever the drinks/food cost.

There are folks who live in manga cafes for periods of time. Japan has some crazy as facilities for folks who don't have anywhere to stay. Manga cafes, hourly hotels, capsule hotels. I am dying for something like hat around this part of the world. And, their super affordable!!

Fun fact, the author has stated that she designed Gojo to be exactly her type in man. It's not Marin who was cooked up in a lab, Gojo was cooked up in a lab and all of Marin's attraction to him is the author's venting over her imaginary perfect man.

Since people are also recommending the dangers in my heart, I'll recommend Insomniacs after school. It's a romance anime that came out in the same season and was rather overshadowed, but it's probably the most believably adorable teenage couple I've ever seen in anime. None of the characters are overly trope-y or anime, and it feels genuine and believable as hell to watch. I think out of all the romances I've seen, that's one of the few that have stuck with me. I have an issue with modern anime romance, and it's that so many take the guys perspective. Go back a few years, and romance was all about just watching, not inserting yourself onto a character. Anime like this, kaguya sama, toradora, and insomniacs after school don't favour any characters in the narrative, which really makes it so much less awkward to watch for me.
