Its a conundrum for sure do you watch your parents possibly die depending on how big the danger is or do you miss the brith of your son to save them. Personally I'm on the save them side only because if everyone is alive you can always make up for lost time but if someone dies that's it. At the end of the day there is no right or wrong answer just weighing your regrets like the man-god said. God I love this show.

Luke sometimes still struggles to make the difference between the real world and the world where the anime takes place, especially since he is a father and has a bad memory. Maybe this will help a little to understand (without spoilers) - Geese is from the Demon Race and he grew up on the Demonic Continent, meaning that if he says that something is dangerous or complicated, it means IT IS the real deal. - Paul's party is one of the stronger ones you could find, almost all of them are max-rank adventurers. Just Roxy and Paul alone are incredibly strong and they wouldn't need help with almost anything. - Rudy can't ask for help or assemble a strong party, HE IS the strongest among all of the people around him, even the strongest are "weak" at his side. - Even if Rudy created a weak party to send, he would not have that many allies at hand to send, only a couple of them. - Sylphy is in the safest place right now. Everyone that supports Rudy will take care of her no matter what. (The closest friends and at a minor level, some students, school teachers, etc) - Putting it in writing, Rudy's choice is either "Stay where you are, be a Father for the first year of your child, and risk that everyone that was sent to save your mother, dies" or "Miss the process, birth and first year of your child and in exchange, help in saving not only your mother but probably everyone involved". An extra thing that I would like to add that was not adapted into the anime. While Rudeus was captive with the beast race, he actually attempted to fly, which was extremely difficult and he almost died, but he was able to do it in some way but after that, he promised to never try it again since he almost died. Not only that, he used extremely powerful magic at one point in there and Geese saw that, which means he knows how strong Rudy is (or was, since that was years ago) and knowing that, for them to ask for help to Rudy, means that the danger is extreme.

So before this episode I was assuming that 'Turning Point 3' would either mean A) His mother was found and he'd join the rescue operation ( I didn't realize it was already underway and that they'd end up asking for help), and B) Eris shows up again, and drama plays out with Rudeus having feelings for her and Sylphie. Now I'm worried that both are going to happen. I'm worried that Ghislaine also got an SOS message and will also head over there, with Eris coming with her. Then Rudy will not only be away for his child's birth, but spending possibly years with his Ex and possibly rekindling those romantic feelings once the misunderstanding is resolved. I really think that's going to happen, but I really like Sylphie, so I don't want Rudeus hurting her like that. Maybe the series will fully go Harem and Rudy will end up with like 30 wives or something, and Sylphie won't be hurt / will just accept it, but I'm not convinced it'll go that route, even if Man God's suggestion implies he wants it to go that direction.

-edit- Man I really wrote this comment 0.1 seconds before you googled that XD You are gaslighting yourself so hard XD Zenith is the mother and they never found her. Kirishika told Roxy that Zenith is in the Labyrinth on Begaritt so everyone knows where she is, but it took years to get there. Geese send the letter, the goofy guy from beast-people forest where he was imprisoned with Rudeus, not Ghislaine - the big booba woman. Also I'm sorry but I hate Norn so much... she had an incredible episode last time and she went right back to pissing me off.

Long time no see, Man-God! Very sus guy! To be or not be in the labyrinth? GG! Sylphie is not ready to guide an already well raised child, not even daring to think about a baby😂, but still that’s amazing! Unfortunately, Rudy went after milk for some years… Look so flabbergasted about Rudy won’t follow God’s rule, to bang one of the beast girls 🤣🤣 Ooo, teleportation theory, nice!

Heads up, apparently the no episode this week as it is delayed by a week and will release on the 25th/26th. I couldn't find a reason.

Hello Luke! I just caught up with your reactions so I wanted to leave a comment here. (NO SPOILERS, DONT WORRY) I am a Light Novel reader, and I'm not fully finished with this series yet (although I'm pretty far in (you will get to where I am currently by season 4 part 1 according to my calculations) When I first watched this show I was really enjoying it. My thoughts were exactly same as yours, I am quite emotional so I was enjoying these slice of life style episodes, and this show had so much depth in character and world building which was the main factor in me picking up the Light Novels. However after reading the Light Novels, I have realized that I was so blind. I rewatched this show many times myself, with friends and through reaction channels (like you :D) and I picked up on so many little details that were scattered all around. What this show does best is put something infront of your eyes, and pull your interest completely in the opposite direction. If I had to make up an example, it tells you "Look at this apple!" and show you the apple, but while you are looking at the apple it shows you the entire lore of the series on a random sign on the background (this obviously doesn't happen, it's just an example). On the lightnovels it tells you everything from rudeus's perspective, and sometimes switches to other characters as well (similar to what they did with previous episode by showing norn's perspective on why she hates her brother) one part adapts around 3 books, and each book has 300-400 pages (and this is not manga so no pictures, fully text) so they try to fit roughly 1200 pages in 12 episodes, which is crazy amounts of content being skipped. Basically, when you read the light novels, they mention the these little details way more indepth and you usually don't miss them. This show does an amazing job at making the most important things very forgetabble by taking your attention away. (Which also means you connect with characters way more and emotional scenes like norn's hit way harder when you know the context. The crazy part is, anime made me cry more than the Light Novel because it has music, but I wouldn't have shed a single tear if I didn't know the indepth context of it from the LNs) Even if you were only watching this show, you'd still forget or miss quite a bit of details. So don't worry about forgetting names or events. Everyone that watches your reactions are people who watch this series multiple times hence why they don't forget things. Normally I'd recommend the Light Novels to you but 1- Watching the anime blind is basically your job 2- You obviously don't have much time So what I will recommend instead is don't watch this show as an isekai. Everything is much more indepth than it's shown to us so feel free to expect good writing. What I realized from most people is, if they don't take this show serious, they miss a lot of things. If they take it serious, they get every little detail. Most importantly, keep enjoying the show :D Thank you for all of your reactions, it has been a ride for me to binge all of your reactions! (note: I realized how indepth this show is when I read that a random route (holy sword highway) they went through when they were traveling back from the demon continent had an entire lore about saint milis swinging his sword and creating the path that they traveled through, and it is very visible when they reach to the Captial Milishon, which is where Rudeus met up with his dad. The mountain they walk through is quite literally cut in half.)
