remember that things can be imbued with nen. So someone composed the music and, either while composing or after, imbued it with nen with those effects on it. It could even have conditions that someone would need to intentionally play it, so it doesn't activate by accident.

fun fact, they talk about Judas and Jesus so Christianity is cannon in Hunter X Hunter. But that also means Jesus was probably just a powerful nen user that performed "miracles"

As far as i understood. You can't actively become a specialist on your own. It's connected to genetics and traumatic events. Therefore you can still become one passively, depending on your circumstances. So you can't learn it, but you can still just happen to become one. And considering his past and genetic pool (the red eyes thing) + being a conjurer, improves his chances of passively acquiring specialist abilities he could not have learned by himself.

They weren’t talking about the Mario main theme when they said it sounded like Mario. They were talking about the underground Mario theme. The cave levels throughout the game have a different sound track than the rest of the game, and it sounds almost exactly like that audio clip. Also, fun fact, the first Mario game came out in 1985, Predator was 1987, Mario is older.
