Raider.IO Update - August 2024, with big news! (Patreon)

Hello Patrons! We hope you’re all staying cool this month (or warm, for you Southern Hemisphere friends). A new World of Warcraft expansion is just around the corner, and there's tons of stuff happening all around the Community, but we wanted to take a quick moment to bring you some key updates from our side of things.

Including the launch of our NEW Official Raider.IO Merch Shop! That's right, you can now get your hands on the ever-popular RUN KEYS shirt, or choose from a wide variety of Raider.IO designs and apparel options.

To celebrate the launch of the Raider.IO Merch Shop -- and to celebrate you, our Patrons -- we're doing a giveaway! Three lucky Illustrious Patrons will be chosen at random to each win a free Raider.IO T-Shirt. We'll be doing the draw on August 21st, so you still have time to become an Illustrious Patron if you want to enter.

With the big news out of the way, it's quite a month for World of Warcraft, so let's dive right in!

END OF EXPANSION TO-DO LIST

Are you ready to wish Dragonflight a fond farewell? Wrap up your to-do list with this handy pre-patch guide from Blizzard. The Season 4 titles may be officially locked in, but our Weekly Routes series will guide you through those last few dungeons for your Keystone Master achievement, or you may want to push for your final IO goals of the expansion with Play Like the Pros.

If you're looking for a good way to catch-up on leveling and gearing characters to prepare for The War Within, the Radiant Echoes Pre-Patch Event is on now until August 26th. It's a fantastic way to quickly level (we went from 50-70 in a couple hours!), and get catch-up gear while you're at it. Learn more about the event here.

BREAK THE META: THE FINAL PUSH

We’re closing out Dragonflight with a bang! Break the Meta: The Final push is live NOW, featuring some never-before-seen rules and a fabulous set of new faces on the caster desk! NERUB'AR PALACE RACE TO WORLD FIRST

Hello, Queen Ansurek! Raider.IO is THE place to be for LIVE 24/7 Race to World First Coverage, meme-heavy daily recap videos, all the latest clips and more. The race starts September 17th, and Coverage will begin during Heroic Week, so make sure you check out raider.io/rwf after Nerub'ar Palace officially launches!

Speaking of Queen Ansurek, have you taken a look at the recent cinematic Blizzard put out about her rise to power? You'll want to watch this, trust us.
