Yesterday, after doing some preparation work and putting the dice system into the plot performance, I fell asleep until just now.

I am very tired these days, and I don't think it's because of work, but probably because of what I've been eating.

Yes, I recently started eating rice again and resumed three meals a day for the past few days, and the result was that I fell asleep two hours after eating and could not work.

Very unfavorable to creative work

The way I ate in the previous months (reducing the rice to 5-20% of the normal amount, with only one or two meals a day) allowed me to work more than 7-10 hours a day, and the so-called normal diet of three meals a day could not provide the motivation for such work.

Next I will go back to one meal a day and again cut down heavily [starch] to maintain sufficient spirit to work (sleep is a waste of time, sleep that does not restore the spirit is a crime)

昨天做了一些準備工作以及把投骰系統放入劇情演出之後,就倒下睡到剛剛了

這幾天非常累,並不認為是因為工作,而是很可能來自進食的內容

是的,最近又開始進食米飯,並恢復了一日三餐,這幾天,而後果是進食後兩小時陷入無法工作的昏昏欲睡

非常不利於創作工作

在早前幾個月的飲食方式(減小米飯至剩下一般情況的5-20%,一天只有一至兩餐)令我可以每天工作超過7-10小時,一日三餐的所謂正常飲食方法根本無法提供這樣的工作動力

接下來我會恢復到一天一餐以及再次大量減小[澱粉質],以維持充足的精神來工作(睡眠非常浪費時間,無法恢復精神的睡眠是犯罪)
