From Kingdom this is my favorite performance. The one that rapped right after Changbin is Hongjoong from Ateez he’s the leader of that group. The last guy to rap is Minhyuk from BTOB he also has solo stuff under the name Huta. This was a collaboration stage. So they had Mayfly which consisted of the groups Stray Kids, Ateez, and BTOB and then the collaboration team of It’s One which consisted of the groups The Boyz, Ikon, and SF9. Then each of the teams separated into rap, dance/performance, and vocals. This was Mayfly’s rap collab stage. Chan produced the beat and then each rapper wrote their own verse. There is actually a behind the scenes where Hongjoong and Minhyuk come to visit 3racha at JYP to produce and write the song and decide line distribution and stuff. I also love this performance partially because it’s very obvious that Bang Chan says the word shit. The standard in K-pop is that idols/artists aren’t allowed to swear (there are a few exceptions as the company BigHit which is the label for BTS and TXT seem to be ok with their artists swearing) I can’t wait for you to continue to check out more stray kids and also Ateez as they have very similar style to Stray Kids. Also the members of Stray Kids are good friends with the members of Ateez and they regularly cheer each other on, especially between Wooyoung of Ateez and Changbin.

I laughed so hard when you said "This was like 5racha". That's actually what they called their group for this! (Suggested by Hongjoong) I can't wait to see your reaction to the behind the scenes part for the rap stage, I think you'll really enjoy both performances. And yes, they have a very positive message behind this beat

I would love if you'd watch all the Kingdom: Legendary War episodes. They are fantastic and I think it would help you understand the performances a bit more. It's also a great way to see a lot of the work the groups do behind the scenes!

To help you out a bit, I think all the kingdom performances have lyric videos. There are 2 versions of each performance on youtube. One with reactions of the other groups in the competitions. One without reactions, just the performance (the easiest way to tell is the times. We are ok with either, so your choice). Most songs are either a remake or a cover made their own. 1) Miroh - shortened to 100 seconds. 2) Honestly not sure what to call this one, sorry - A mix of Side Effects + Gods Menu (you can find the lyric video with that) 3) I'll Be Your Man - Cover of BtoB song of the same name 4) Playing with Paint - Made with Mayfly (Ateez, BtoB, SKZ) rap unit 5) Wolf (Cover of Exo) - Mayfly Dance Unit 6) Love Poem (Cover of IU) - Mayfly Vocal Unit 7) God's Du Duu Du Duu (Cover Of Blackpink) - Gods Menu + Ddu-Du Ddu-Du 8) Wolfgang - Original (Kingdom Version is without Hyunjin. There is another version called Kingdom Noeasy with him. Your choice. some care, some dont. There is a difference in how it is performed tho)

The last rapper is Lee Minhyuk from BTOB ( B to B) look up Huta - Boom. It is his latest comeback as a solo artist and all rapping. You would love it. His versatility and the way he can change his voice ect is on another level

Hi. The guy you liked (hongjoon) he is from Ateez (he’s the leader of the band) and they also gave great performances! Please do check them out! Unfortunately the one member i think you’d like the most couldn’t attend kingdom competition but they’re still so great ! Also one of the members (wooyoung) is changbin’s best friend and they supported and teased each other throughout the whole kindgom era… enjoy. 💖

I'm too lazy to read everyone comments and know if someone mentionned it already but this song is about racism, xenophobia, and maybe about the LGBT+ Community too. Chan's "It doesn't matter black, brown, pink, yellow, white" means that we shouldn't treat others differently because of their skin colour. Minhyuk's "We bleed the same colour" technically means that no matter what country we're from, what skin colour we have, we're all humans and should respect and care for one another. I thought it would also be about the LGBT+ community because there were literally rainbow colours splattered everywhere.
