Some Advices;
Remember that your subscription will be renewed every month from the day you joined for the first time and if for any reason your subscription payment has been rejected by Patreon, don't worry this is usually an error that the platform has,
 but the solutions that Patreon gave me for this problem are:
1 change the payment method example if you pay with paypal try now with card or vice versa
2 Delete or cancel your subscription by deleting your card or paypal and resubscribe like the first time this method is the one that usually works best if your payment is rejected by Patreon.
