0.5b_0085 Kirisma edition (Patreon)

Howdy! This is just a bugfix for 0.5b, nothing fancy but we did add an option to reset the “Modest Proposal” quest - It basically reverts everything to v0.4.9.9b.

The reset may cause some issues, so please save before using it. Access it via a cheat terminal in the Residential Area’s subway - Click “Risky”, the location of the cheat terminal is shown on a screenshot in the main changelog post.
