This came together a lot faster than I anticipated and it also looks a good deal better than I thought it would. I know you guys like to pet my ego plenty, but aside from at least one of you who I know vividly understates themselves as an artist, I'm not sure how many of you truly understand the level of self-doubt and impostor syndrome auto-spite I live under, despite plenty of evidence to the contrary.

Anyway, President Eisenhower's speech continues to serve as background rhetoric, but we do finally get to see our protagonist(s) exchange a few words, if not directly so X3

On production stuff:
I did end up using one of Fluff's older pieces as a background for Ayn's desk interface. Since he's very slow to reply, I haven't gotten a greenlight from him for it, but I'm sure he wont mind - I'll obviously switch it up for something different should he come back with a different answer.

I was originally going to cover more of the establishing shot with words, but a) it would have cluttered the image to the point of nausea, and I don't need to have quite that meta an effect on my viewership when trying to bring across the point of boredom, and b) it would also have been a shame to cover up all that work I put into the background.

The chat was achieved by me and a friend sending a scripted conversation back and forth via telegram, then screenshoting them whole thing and cutting/shifting it about, which was rather fun and way more efficient than typing, cutting, resizing elements to create the illustion of an IM program.

Anyway, I'm fairly sure I wont have the energy to continue pushing this kind of output for the rest of the month with my health and everything else going on, but I'm glad to have gotten this project underway. So thanks to the lot of you. Feels good :3
