Sketches And Doodles And Scraps, Oh My ~ (Patreon)

Alrighty, time for all those things that aren't ready yet, or not super-duper pretty.

First we have yet another thing I'm rendering for Fluffcat, a) because I love size difference, b) because I like the opportunity to do some story telling fully rendered again and c) because he's throwing an unhealthy amount of money at me and, as Frito Pendejo once said "I like money".

I'd like to think thi sis fairly self-explanatory, all things considered, so I'm not going to go into any details about something for which there are none :b we're currently working out the proper placement and shape of the horns, before I move into lining, colors, shading, etc. ~

Next ...

... Tankana seems to have caught herself a special someone yet again. You could almost be forgiven for thinking these two enjoy eachother's company ;3

Tankana approached me about doing an animation, the choices being either Tankana and Antar having this moment, or Tankana undressing - believe it or not, this acually turned out to be the cheaper option of the two, as there are far fewer and also simpler movements involved in a blowjob than in a character keeping their balance and taking clothes of their bodies in a believable way.

The animation is already completed and is waiting to be uploaded, just as soon as Tankana has a little story snipper done she wants to go with it. Aside from that though, there's some progress stuff I can share with you guys, if there's any interest in that sort of thing - I just don't want to clutter this vertical text space with too many images.

Seeing this in the doodles folder reminds me that I apparently didn't upload the native resolution of this here yet, so I'll have to go back and fix that XD

Anyhow, I've always had a thing for the femme fatale archetype, be it as a high-style seductress or, well, someone somewhat less sophisticated, like Lenyavok's Oriana Thaffer here, but I've lately found myself gravitating more and more towards openly deranged psychopaths, which is both intriguing and worrying to a degree.

I'm actually exploring that aspect of myself with some characters of my own and I'm a little apprehensive of how that'll be received once it goes public, but I also know that I very much need to explore this, both for my personal sanity and my creative output's sake.

A friend of mine pointed out I likely fall very easily towards the highly stylized femininity cues of toon characters and I've made a conscious effort to analyze my character crushes for signs of that kind of issue beforehand, but with Lenyavok's roster I think it's a genuine interest (not a romantic one, don't worry :b ). I like the very deliberate carelessness inherent to toony characters, married to the callousness of the situations their styling and occupations hint at them being in - or, in Oriana's case, having it all shoved right in your face, literally X3

Now, I said before I didn't want to clutter this vertical space with too many images. Turns out I lied, both to myself, and you :b

These four doodles were spur-of-the-moment inspirations induced by Scappo's Maeko and are consequently also of her. Very lose shape and pose finding, trying to work out something that might make it into rendered format later, but I ended up dropping the idea at the time in favor of things that pay my bills =w=

Either way though, I still love her design. Probably my current favorite of Scappo's roster. Might be worth a revisit at some point, at least the last one, which, as you can see, went the furthest in the process.

And lastly ...

... a pairing I haven't visited in literally years, Armello's Thane and Zosha having a go at eachother. Yeah, it's an unlikely pairing, but in my personal head-canon of how the story of Armello unfolds outside of the game being played, Thane is basically on your old-time hero's journey, and Zosha ends up being equal parts adversary and helper to said journey.

I'm not gonna go into all the details, but basically, Zosha manipulates things, both openly and covertly, so Thane gets the crown, but is simultaneously endebted to her as a result. She then uses her King-puppet to exact revenge on the Night Mother for shaping her into the monster she is (and is fully aware of being).

Somewhere between the crowning event and the sacking of the seedier parts of the rat capital they share a hate fuck, rather reluctantly on Thane's part, but who is he to argue. She's the reason he has the crown to begin with.

In the most unlikely scenario I'll ever have the time to actually dive down that rabbit hole again (haha, because rabbit clan is a thing), here's the shortest plot synopsis to give some conext as to how this particular image came about :b

Incidentally though, Zosha is yet again a femme fatale, if perhaps not a classically attractive one - depending on your personal disposition anyway.

Anywho, barring my addition of the Oriana image to the higher tier uploads, this'll conclude March'23

I'd stated this on the T2 upload already, but I'm also thinking about adding some perks to the tiers, but I'll be making a more comprehensive post about that when I have it all worked out for myself and then gather some thoughts :3
