Aw man, time's way overdue for one of these again, eh? X3

Honestly, I'm emebarassed to even look at these, but I've told you about the skill parity issues before, so I wont repeat myself here and instead just offer explanations on what's going on.

First up, Dark Heresy, back when I was still the GM of our group.

The first two were concepts for the von Mechetal noble house's guard. Both ended up being used in the campaign I ran, with the first two being used at off-world functions, and the latter being the actual in-house guard uniform.

The bird motif for both the first helmet types were non-too-subtle hints at potential leanings of the family in a certain direction, underlined a little more with the color-changing dark blue cloth,

Next up a concept for Coriffah von Mechetal herself, primary charge and later antagonist of my acolytes. There's a hundred things wrong, but as per usual, no backsies X3~

Then we have an exploded diagram of a Karakorum, the hive city which served as the primary backdrop of the campaign (but still only managed to be present in about 40 or so percent of the sessions we had). I suppose it speaks for itself. I could probably produce some good mood boards and visual aids these days to compliment this, but I'll save that for the next campaign I do.

And last in this bit, something I doodled from the previous campaign. The specifics are a little too convoluted to write down here (as they usually are in pen and paper games), but our group had found itself on a desert planet and we'd just 'liberated' a set of vehicles. Good times were had by all X3

Now we're revisiting my Zootopia phase. Yay? Nothing too spectacular though X3

First a set of emote sketches for both Nick and Judy, both because I like doing emotes and because I had to learn to apply them to a much toonier style than I had been used to up to that point.

Secong image really doesn't need explaining :b

Third, a free spiritted doodle I did just because I wanted that particular aesthetic with them in an image at the time.

And lastly a color concept for a Zootopia SWAT truck, with doodle people for scale.

That's it for this round. I have at least two more of these oooooold deep dives for later posting, then I'm hoping to have newer doodle material, collected or otherwise - as I say every time I do one of these uploads 9w9

Neat Dark Heresy stuff. Being able to draw must be a great asset as a GM :) Very cool stuff. Dark Heresy was a lot of fun. And the Zootopia stuff is nice too :)

I really love to see these kind of sketches. They kind of tell of ideas before they become final. I REALLY like the sketch with that city layout. I have had thought about something similar for years now for my own universe but i never sat down to flesh it out. It seems almost overwhelming to even think of where to start. And yes, makes those two kiss already! You know which ones i'm talking about! "And now, kiss!"
