Weekend Update (Patreon)

Greetings! Progress is continuing on 0.7; I've spent most of the time since my last update working on H-scenes, and I figured I'd include a sneak peek of what I've been up to! I didn't plan it this way, but the scene is actually really appropriate for Halloween!

Nope, It Isn't Done Yet

You're probably thinking "If Proxxie is including a picture from an upcoming H-scene, that must mean the release isn't done yet" - and that is accurate. There is a fair bit left to do, and the H-scenes are taking an exceptionally long time to render. In fact, this one rendered for 10 hours and it was still too noisy for my liking (though I was able to remove a bit of it in post-processing). Once I get done with the H-scene pics (which I expect will happen in the next 3-5 days) there's still probably a solid two weeks of rendering left. I know it's not what you want to hear, and it's not what I want to tell you, but that's the way it is :/  On the bright side, that rendering time will give me a good while to work on the other stuff!

What's the status of the update? Most of the progress since last time has been in H-scenes, as I mentioned. Unfortunately, I also had to spend several days tracking down problems with other people's stuff rather than my own (Yanfly plugins and Daz). Not 'progress' per se, but necessary.

Anyway, here's the status. I'll comment only if there are significant changes from last time.

0.7 Status:

Planning ~ 100%

Features and Mechanics ~ 75%

Dungeon and Boss Fight ~ 70%

• Levels - After spending 2 days figuring out the problem with Yanfly's plugin, I completed the two levels that were half-complete last time, leaving me with 3 to go.
• Boss Fight - No change from last time - that is, an early version of it is complete, but I'll be revising it once the levels are done.

H-Scenes ~ 50%

I'll have more to say about the H-scene below, but I've currently got 16 done out of approximately 27. I'll still need to do the actual rendering (though I've been doing a bit of that while I'm asleep), postwork, and writing.

Other Art (Character Design, Portraits) ~ 60%

Quests, Events, and Writing ~ 30%

What?!? The completion percentage went down?

Yep. It's not that I did a negative amount of work, it's that I decided to add another scene (and a mini dungeon-type event) once you get finished with the main dungeon. I can't tell you any more!

0.7's H-Scene

As I mentioned in my last post, the H-scene for 0.7 is pretty long and has two mutually exclusive branches. I'd wanted the content to be a surprise, but it occurred to me that some people might not like surprises of this nature. Thus, I decided to err on the side of caution and tell you a bit about the fetishes included in this scene.

One Branch has Futa x Male

One of this scene's branches will have futanari on male - that is, a male on the receiving end and a futa on the giving end. For some folks that will be great news - I personally love futa x male, and it's one of my major kinks. Others won't be so happy. I know it's one of those things that gets a little too close to The Ghey for some people's comfort, so I felt an obligation to warn folks about it - though I hate to make it sound like the Surgeon General's warning on a pack of cigarettes. I swear, it won't give you cancer - though it may get your heart racing!

To be clear, you will not be able to unknowingly stumble upon this branch - if you start to go down that path, you will be explicitly warned and given the chance to back out. I'll probably also include a way to opt out of any futa x male content in the future (as well as an option to skip future warnings about it, for folks who like it).

But Don't Worry too Much if you Don't Like It

So now you've been warned! I do want to clarify a couple of things, though. First, I may include a couple more futa x male scenes over the course of the game, but futa x male will not be common, and is not a major focus of the game. So if you don't like it, don't worry too much - the vast majority of content will not involve it.

Second, I want to say that I will not be including any male x male content in this game, just in case you were wondering. I may leave myself a bit of wiggle room for convincing traps (I do hail from TFGS, after all), but straight-up gay stuff is not among my fetishes. I'm not kink-shaming if it's one of yours, I'm just making clear that there won't be any in this game.

Those who have been following the game for a while know that futa x male is something I'd always talked about including a little of, but I just wanted to make clear that with 0.7 I'll finally get around to doing so. I personally love futa x male, but I realize it probably rubs some people the wrong way, so I wanted to get a warning out there. If you're on the fence, though, check it out - I promise it'll be sexy ;)
