This movie is so much fun! I love every minute of it. I love how they use the different pheromones to explain why so many characters make stupid decisions in scary films. They even have the creep gas station guy and it's so funny how he clearly is a an actor and is really taking his role too seriously, lol. Almost like he's a method actor. And I like that they play around with the usual character stereotypes and they really weren't, Kurt wasn't a dumb jock, he was actually very smart, Jules wasn't the dumb whore, her hair wasn't even naturally blonde and Dana wasn't even a virgin. The film is absolutely hilarious but still keeps with a serious note at the same time. I always feel bad for the characters that died, they are so likable, I really like the group and Marty's reaction to finding out that no one else made it is really sad. I like that they already foreshadow Marty being alive right away, that's mostly likely why everything shook, because they shouldn't have released the blood yet. I also like that every time some dies, they show the ritual wall statues more and more. And yeah, all the different creatures are great and most of them are practical effects, it's not all CGI. So, a few things here Chris Hemsworth filmed this before being cast as Thor but the film wasn't released until after, so by the time everyone saw it he was already becoming a big star. I always wonder if that would have changed anything, if they would have used his popularity even more. And speaking of his death when I first saw this movie I completely missed the bird being electrocuted so when he did the jump, I was so shock! lol. The reason why they used a werewolf at the end is because Signourney Weaver really wanted to see a werewolf, lol. And the make-up and the practically effects were done by none other then Heather Langecamp, aka Nancy from A Nightmare On Elm Street, she and her husband owns a production company and it was all her with the effects with the merman. And I absolutely love they save the reveal for him until that moment Another film done by this director that I would love for you guys to react to is Bad Times At The El Royale, it's a lot different from this but can be quite intense and has very good performances. It has a great cast that I won't give away and I won't reveal anything else, for that film it's best to go into it blind, I did and it was the best way to watch it. Not very many reactors have done it and I would love to see you guys do it!

just starting the watchalong and yes bradley whitford (steve) is in billy madison. he's also the girl's dad in get out and idk if any of you have seen brooklyn nine-nine but if you have he plays jake's dad too (the pilot)
