Hi guys, 

I hope you are all well. To summarize this update, the game is being converted to RPG Maker MZ. 

Why do this now?

The main reason for this was a crash that corrupted the data I was working on, combined with me feeling poorly. Understandable I was annoyed, which lead me to revisit RPG Maker MZ. 

I concluded that I had enough plugins and compatibility to convert End Of Reason 98-99%%. Only the translations are missing, and some code and skill/stat rebalance. 

As V1.92 will be a big update, it makes sense to update to MZ before people have saved data incompatible with this newer version rather than waiting until after the V1.92 release. 

The game runs as is, but the translations are broken. I'm working on a solution that I'll try once everything is converted. 

Overall, this will bring stability and performance to a good standard, stopping the crashes and opening new features for me to add like: animated characters that previously was not possible due to the older engine version that I used in order to have compatibility between plugins, adding files missed to a plugin file in the exporting process, a bane of previous releases where a plugin/outside software would require a certain file and the exporter would ignore it.

- Minigame removed from the main menu (can now be accessed from beginning the game and selecting minigame from the options given)

- Fixed Player not starting off with the items that they should auto equip

- Fixed player equipment types back to what they should be 

- Fixed hidden items flooding players item menu

- Icons+text no longer overlap in the status menu

- Exact karma, loyalty, soul corruption and devotion values can now be view from the status menu 

- Greater options including Audio, General and UI control

- Menu information for Wukai done

- Added new icons for time, MHP, MMP and MTP#

- Corrected Parameters Icons

- Reduced Wukai damage taken

- (Credits in the options menu for the time being)

- Restored loss of plugin data for the status page

- Physical and magic types skills can now be viewed in the skill menu

- Element type for skills now seen in the skill menu

- Number of enemies hit now seen in the skill menu 

- speed of skill now seen in the skill menu

- Chain Lighting scope now displays 1+4 instead of 1

- Events now show a line of sight with a shade of colour

- Battle backs scaling addressed for the beginning rebel bit

- Sideview battle UI simplified 

- Made autosave very aggressive (after every battle, Menu access and map change)

- Changed the quest scene and copied a few quests over

- Smart jump functions replaced


Below various text changes/fixes:

- Corrected log text message where custom male & custom female messages were seen together

- Correct beginning text

- Adjusted equipment scene text to avoid overlap of data

This month I'll be adding more pictures to the DA gallery. 

Sneak peeks Choo, 2 of Erika, and Amo&Choo are now done and will be on here later today/tomorrow. As for new artwork, I'm unsure when those will finish, maybe beginning of next month. I'll have to wait to get a more precise read on that. 

I have updated my bio to reflect this journal.
