Someone is about to be bounced from the cabal for being an idiot. If you are sharing control of the world with an elite that likes its privacy, then why would you ever do anything to get your own hands dirty (including having your loyal minions bring a drugged ANYONE into your personal space)? Even if you completely get your way the others will re-asses the risk of letting you stay on.
