Hey All!

Just a small post today as KTech and I were having a discussion about the next Hero Pack we wanted to make, with all the classes and options like we did for the Humans and we settled on doing a basic race and then an exotic race and so forth. We couldn’t decide on which one we should actually make however so I’m going go to let Patreon decide!

Below are a few of the choices for the next Hero Pack Race. I think these would all work really well, I personally think the Tieflings, or possibly the Dragonborn are used more by players than the others but let’s see! :)

Thanks! Love these. I’d like to state my support for an Aasimar pack in the future too.

I would almost like to see the traditional fantasy races represented first for heroes: elves, dwarves, gnomes, (and their Underdark ancestors, which could just be a color option), halflings, half-elves, and half-orcs. I suppose most of these are covered by the NPC or human heroes offerings so far, but I know players like their choices, and not everyone plays D&D 5e or even in WotC settings.

Ditto, I second the nomination for Aasimar. There truly is a wondrous variety of types of Aasimar and angelic creatures, and they really do deserve more treatment. For that matter, you really should make a handful of Tieflings related to the core demon / devil / daemon primary races to do them justice as well. I seem to recall that the official manuals stick the Tieflings in a blender as it were (unlike the Aasimar who have an overabundance of physical features / options), but they deserve to have variants based on their core races as well. ...in fact, you might be better off providing overlays for both races, to allow players to pick and choose which wing / tail / skin type their character is going to use. I dunno, on the other hand as a GM, I might WANT to have 112 different Tiefling tokens to pick from. Interesting quandary right there..

I really like the overlay option that James suggested.
