Tiamat, The Dragon Queen (Patreon)

Tiamat is the insanely powerful five headed dragon goddess from the Dungeons and Dragons roleplaying game, and one of the only named dragons I have ever drawn. 

Arguably she is one of the most powerful beings in existence and certainly the most badass token I have also ever drawn as well. The name is taken from Tiamat, a goddess in ancient Mesopotamian mythology. 

She is also a default member of the D&D pantheon, the queen and mother of evil dragons and resides in the first plane of the Nine Hells. 

This is my attempt at how she would look in token form and this finishes off Smaugust for this year! Back to normal programming here on patreon from now on :) 

As you can see from the display image this is an absolutely massive token, I put one of the dragons from smaugust next to her for scale and its kind of crazy! and I know what you're thinking, "I'm going to have a hard time playing with that on a normal map..." 

Thats why I made the biggest map possible to play on as well! :) 

This "map" is 100x100 5ft squares and 15000x15000 pixels in size.

Note: that this map is very very simple and was more of a test to see how large I could go. It turns out my PC completely lags out with this kind of size so an upgrade would be necessary if I wanted to do more..

But yea Tiamat was extremely fun to draw and finish so have fun with it and let me know what you think! :D
