I'm sorry. The service is great but I can't give a 5 star review. Sometimes the app forgets you have access to the doll interface and you have to contact support for help. They're always helpful. But I should be able to get in and get out of the app quickly, right?

Not sure what the turn on is. The normal dolls have hideous faces. Having seen some of the dolls with real student's faces, I can't see the appeal of the other ones. But, last night I rented a doll with no face. That was cool. And whoever was the doll had no idea who I was. The next day, the app was updated with offers for the new doll type the next day. Genius.

No one cares, Jocelyn. Great service + great app = amazing service. I've been turned away with no one available to rent several times in the past. But, these past few days, the app tells me whether or not there will be a rental available or not before I take a walk over to pick one up. Brilliant idea. Excellent execution.
