I have returned to the comments after that amazing set of reactions - again Marko your enthusiasm and memory of details makes it such a treat to watch along with. Slight clarification for the Gon and Killua "Let's go" scene. A good contrast to this scene is the Greed Island dodgeball game. Gon and Killua's unwavering trust and friendship is what allowed Killua to willingly injure himself and Gon to punch the ball at full strength. At this point though, Killua is very insecure about his friendship with Gon because of his guilt from being unable to protect Kite nor Gon and by Gon's sudden change in behaviour. "In what sense did you mean that?" is what Killua wants to ask Gon - is Gon requesting his help as a friend, or is it a command to a comrade? The narrator says anyone with enough experience (in friendships) would easily have asked but Killua is too afraid of the potential answer and losing his friendship with Gon. Even if Gon did not mean it in that way, it's as Killua says "If I ask that question, I won't be able to stop anymore... I won't be able to go back." - by asking he would be admitting to Gon, but mainly to himself how he does not have that unspoken, unwavering faith in their friendship anymore. This scene is especially saddening to me as Killua's unresolved insecurity has grown to be so problematic that it even surfaces and affects him even while they are in the midst of this life threatening situation - which Killua himself has told Gon that no matter what feelings or thoughts come up, they must focus on their mission. Apologies for the long comment, I never expected to see myself be one of the commenters with an essay explanation lol

I'm so glad for this comment, because DAMN, that scene totally went over my head it seems. Yeah, it makes sense that Killua feels very insecure considering all that happened in this arc despite him removing the needle, it's like Bisky's words are still echoing inside of his head.
