Everything in this anime is just 10/10 Every character serves a purpose in the story, every voice actor goes hard, amazing animations, and of course the beautiful OSTs

This is a late response but.. better late than never? Lol. First off I want to say, thanks for shouting me out in your reaction video. I can't begin to express how much that meant to me. I also have to say one thing that MIGHT make it sound like I wasn't being so honest in my previous comment about how I don't write comments using information about things that have happened in future episodes you haven't watched yet, BUT.. THIS is the episode where I wanted to just take Arnheid out of the story and protect her. This is the episode where I just thought her life was so tragic and so full of suffering I couldn't handle it. Hearing her just break down and cry destroyed me. And yes, the voice actor was absolutely phenomenal. And I can't remember where I read this or heard this but apparently she's not well-known. Like this is her first big anime. Don't quote me on that though, lol. There are so many lines that just pierce your heart like daggers. "Perhaps I was dreaming." "Those eyes that used to be so full of confidence... they looked so miserable." "But I still dream.." I know you're not a cryer. I'm lowkey a big softy. Not even lowkey, tbh, lol. But man, when she started breaking down and crying.. my chin started to quiver. Normally it takes me a few drinks to get that emotional but this just hit me hard. And you said it perfectly, "This show is so fucking hard to watch. It's so heavy." I feel the same my man. Also, my boys Thorfinn and Einar.. haven't seen a friendship this good since Gon and Killua.

Thanks for the comment as always! Arnheid's character grew on me so fast in these last couple of episodes and my heart breaks for her... There's something about Vinland that feels so real, it's like a movie and the sufferings that characters are going through are so realistic for that time period so it's really hard to watch cause I guess subconsiously you know that someone really went through something like that or even worse, it's such a great anime. I think if S2 continue with these episodes, that it's going to end up being better than S1 by far, if it's not better already.
