Glad I did a test render of a section (Patreon)

Test rendered 276 frames to see how it looks from an actual video perspective and it was very insightful. Learned a valuable lesson about being sure to dial in my settings before hitting that render animation button too... In my haste I rewrote over the first 250 frames with just black from the video editor lol.
Tbh even though I spent most of that evening waiting for those frames to render I'm glad I learned that lesson now with only 250 frames. I re-rendered those frames and put them all together in an image strip with few over lays for a water-mark and "wip" disclaimer and it highlighted some areas that really some attention and gave me ideas for some other areas that I didn't consider before.
Reworked the first 100 frames a bit this evening/ night and did some more of the finer adjustments to them. I think they're almost to a satisfactory level. Still another 1600 to go :) (for what I have so far lol). Not to mention I still need to do the starting how many ever frames to tie into this section heheh.
As I'm going along my understanding is growing and things are starting to "click", I can feel it already that as I progress it will be faster. All these courses and videos I've been watching in my spare time over the past couple years feel like I just dipped my toe in lol.
I'll wrap this up before I ramble too much more but the most important thing I'm seeing (or rather feeling) is inspiration to push forward. The lesson projects I've done to date were fun and all but they weren't really inspiring where this is on my mind constantly. Speaking of which I need to "hide" one of my favorite characters from one of those courses somewhere in this. I'll do that later today.
