Time for the annual Sims 4 expansion pack! Yep. It is what it is.

Should be some interesting times in the coming years for life simulation games, with Project Rene, Paralives, and Life By You all in the works and set to compete against each other. I look forward to things finally changing up a bit! Not quite yet, but hey, something to look forward to.

And yeah, not sure what the next video will be. Something simple no doubt, as I'll be flying off to Milwaukee for Midwest Gaming Classic next week.

I'm considering making some sort of compilation vid, like gathering a bunch of related videos and joining them into one big long episode. I've seen a number of channels do this in recent years and it seems like some decent filler content, like this, this, and this. How about the LGR Woodgrain 486 saga? There are lots of upgrades and evolution it's gone through over the years across two channels, so maybe that'd be fun. Let me know your thoughts :)

Thanks as always for your support and have a good one!

Gameplay and overview of the THIRTEENTH expansion pack to The Sims 4. This time it's all about fleshing out how sims interact and evolve over each life state. Treehouses to build, infants to parent, bikes to ride, milestones and quirks to unlock... Is it worth the $40 price tag? Let's see! ● LGR elsewhere on the internet: https://www.patreon.com/LazyGameReviews https://www.twitter.com/LazyGameReviews https://www.facebook.com/LazyGameReviews ● Check out my other Sims 4 reviews: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLbBZM9aUMsjH0ugWCCkcFxNPtvqRoi9la ● Download the sims in the video by searching EA ID 'LazyGameReviews' in The Gallery) ● Background music licensed from: http://www.epidemicsound.com #LGR #thesims4 #review

I dont like cheap cut together compilations without added content, basically just reuploads if what ive already seen 1:1, for that i can just watch the old video 🙃. HOWEVER, if its narrated over with additional thoughts „if i knew back then that x will hurt me later“ often instead of original audio, then i like it very much. As it adds to the video. Kinda like dev/creator commentary (to drop a movie or game reference)

Doing a supercut on the Woodgrain 486 seems like it could be interesting, depending on what you do with it.

That’s more or less what I’ve decided to do. A new intro and outro, plus updates and additional info in between each old video being shown.
