I didn't even know another Descent was being made!

Those enemy drones look like they were made by Avermedia.

Oh wow... I was highly skeptical when I saw the original Kickstarter stuff posted, but it looks as though they're definitely taking this in the right direction. All they need is more weapons, better AI, and an actual plot with levels and objectives and such and they're got a solid game! :D Oh! And I almost forgot, the Descent games have historically had VR support in them with what was available at the time, so having VR support in the new one is again, definitely going in the right direction! :)

Hooooooooooooooo boy! This game looks like it's got the bones of something AWESOME. Really psyched for it now! Thanks for giving us a peep at the alpha!

"I don't think I would ever play Descent with a gamepad" - Man... I remember when I tried playing Descent on the PS1. No analog controls at all, just the pad. It was... An experience.

Looks awesome but I won't be getting it until it's out of early access. Still can't complain when you get it for free of course.

Yup, not enough here at the moment to warrant a purchase, unless you just like following how these things develop!

Reminds me of Forsaken, only good

This certainly has my interest piqued. I think I'm going to be waiting to see it launched, rather than grab it on Early Access (as whilst I'm not against it per se, I'd rather pay when the game actually has a good amount of content in it). So glad they nailed the feel though - now I just need to see them add a good old Pyro GX in there, instead of whatever those drones are :)

LazyGameReviews

Haha. Yeah, Forsaken was always the lesser Descent game back then. Some interesting ideas though, and still worth playing, but yeah not quite there

LazyGameReviews

Here's hoping they keep adding more classic elements like that, while trying new things! It's a nice balance so far.

Sweet, VR support on this? By the way, didn't Descent 2 support VR as well, for back in the day?
