Got my first Dreamcast from England in the mail last week. It was in really good condition with only a little yellowing and it came with a modem even! Any plans to cover the system some time, especially since it supported Windows CE and stuff like that? Been playing the Chao Adventure minigame on my VMU a lot last night. :) If I ever go to America I'll definitely try to visit a Goodwill, though it's a shame you guys use NTSC and different voltages than we do in Europe. :P

Oh boy. I think we still have that crappy wireless mouse you picked up. The dual scroll wheels always bugged me when I was small. Such a useless thing for a kid :D

I love the thrifting adventures! So. Will you be composing a new LGR theme? :D

mavrick

wow, a keyboard that plays Theme Hospital music!

Man, I gotta ask.. how do you remember what games you have and which you don't? That's most impressive to me! :D

Yup, that Apple cable is used for a monitor. Seeing the VGA adapter on the end, I assume the original owner was using a standard VGA monitor with their Mac G4.

And that Technics K-700... 💖 I have its grandfather, the K-200 in my studio. This is what later became the KN600, 800, 1000, 2000 and so on range. You can also see the 80s style button modelling that they used on the PX piano series and the GX organ series before PN, GN and KN range took over. I could go on forever about Technics and their history since I owned a lot of their products and were friends with one of the five worldwide composers they used for demo songs and developing the sounds. Treasure that K-700, it's an important part of keyboard history. :D

Oh fuck I remember, I wanted to take a picture. My Brother got a nice old Schneider CPC 464 (if I am not mistaken) for only 50€. Was in pretty good shape only needed cables, and wouldn't you know? You can power it with any USB charger if you have the right cable. It also had an old Tape inside from the old GDR (which had more storage) with tons of games and some little programmes.

I went to a Half Price Books and you inspired me to look for old PC games. Found Civilization III, Zoo Tycoon, Total War: Rome, and Theme Hospital. Great haul, Clint!

That was a sweet keyboard you got! Does this mean we can expect a new channel, "Lazy DJ Reviews"? Love the Thrifting Episodes, best way to start my day!

I have been on the lookout for one of those old Brother word processors with the CRT. Mostly because I want to disassemble one and see what hardware it uses.

Damn, this A4 Tech 4D Mouse... actually, i own a 4D mouse too from the same manufactor. I got it when they were new. But the wheels are horizontal and vertical. The horizontal one never worked though and the infared reciever only worked for maximum of 50cm. And the batteries died every 3 month. But I loved the mouse.

Sweet finds! Jealous of that keyboard find!

That keyboard. Talk about a sweet find. Was wondering if there was going to be anything rad after no offering was made to the rock… and whilst that store didn't deliver… something else did though :)

Do you happen to have any MiniDiscs to use with that JVC MD deck? If not, I can definitely help you out there.

AFIK these old KeyTronic keyboards are great for rubber dome ones. <a href="https://geekhack.org/index.php?topic=6447.0" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">https://geekhack.org/index.php?topic=6447.0</a>

Wait, wait, someone found an almost naked Spider-Man Tobey Maguire display dummy? I had to pause the video to make sure I saw that correctly. It's hard to tell the scale of that thing from the photo, though. It might just be a large action figure. In any case, thanks for another great video in this series!

My patreon pledge decided to not go through and I had no idea. Got it fixed and you have no idea how happy I was to see this
