One of my best sleep hypnosis files to date, this is all about conditioning your mind to know "it's time for sleep" the second your head hits the pillow. It is a looping track that has a main vocal line (about 8 minutes on a loop) and some background whispers that hit different ears for those who love an ASMR effect as they are heading to sleep. This is all about gentle relaxation and training. 

SUGGESTIONS: This is a sleep file so before you listen to this make sure you are ready to sleep. There are no fancy tricks just a lot of suggestions to relax, almost like an open ended progressive muscle relaxation and that your head hitting the pillow when you lie down, signals your brain to know it's time for sleep. With repeated listens this will get better and faster each time and make it easier for you to sleep in the future, with practice!
