Life Update (Patreon)

Hey everyone, I just wanted to share something that has happened. If won’t affect my work now because I have a BUNCH of files lined up while I am away (and I’ll be filming during my trip) but it could come back to bite me when I get home in ten days.

So, yesterday the landlord came over to “assess” our cat. When we got the cat agreement for our rental house it just said “one cat” and when we got Pippa we knew that they would prefer us to have an older cat but they didn’t put that in writing. After coming over and taking pics of my cat we were handed a 14 day notice to remove that cat starting yesterday which they knew we were going away for ten of those days so we have four days to rehome him.

We have decided to rebuttal this notice and thus looks like we will be homeless soon. So, I will be working my ass off trying to make sure we get a new home. All the support in this time helps, whether that be here or by sharing my work. We are trying to look into maybe buying a house so we never have to deal with landlord bullshit again and can have Pippa and as many pets as we like.

Thank you to everyone for the lovely messages. I am feeling a little better but it was awful yesterday and was an eye opener to the issues with the house we have.
