This is all about taking control away from you and giving it over to the person who creates the words on the screen. It will have some mantra repetition as well as install a fun new trigger to bring you back to this easily controlled state, where the words take over and you just obey. The usual safeties are there too so this will only work if you are in a safe place and ready to be hypnotised.
