There's something off with the eyes, and facial expression, it's a bit unreadable to me. Not blank, and not emotive, the wide open eyes suggest interest or surprise, the rest of the face is in a "defoult" half smiling pose. Love the hair!😍 Skin shading feels a bit gradienty and undefined. If that's a style you were going for, then it's fine.
