In all of the BP "behind the scenes", all of the girls gave their own input, but Jennie was the one who, most often, was talking with the choreographer, stage manager, lighting, etc., so it didn't surprise me that she was the first to start her own company. She already has staff, so they're working on something. It'll be interesting to see exactly what she has planned. All of the girls seem to be doing what they want - how many times did I say that Jisoo would focus on acting, and now she's in TWO big productions. It's great to see them all spread their wings.
