Yay! Queendom Puzzle! - Chaeyeon can be seen in the preview, or ep0, since it was already filmed before she left the show. I don't know why she left though. - Same goes for Haein (Laboum), which I'm also very sad about. Love her voice and is such a sweetheart, as proven recently as Dopamine in Girls Reverse. I hope we still get some interactions between her and Juri, because they were so cute in Girls Reverse. - All performances were good to me 👍 Although I could see they are not real teams yet. Not that their teamwork was bad or anything, but it still had hints of being 7 individuals rather than 1 team. It is to be expected though, considering they are new to each other and probably had little time to prepare. - I especially liked your point about the rain vs the balloon setting, and I totally agree, after you pointed it out, that the balloon setting fitted the concept much better. - Yeeun definitely stood out. The concept fitted her like a tee as well. Reminded me of the good old CLC days. - Kei's voice stood out as well 😊 - I didn't know/remember that you already had reacted to Cherry Bullet and Weeekly once before. Definitely not their best songs though, so I hope you'll react to them some more in the future.

I'm very excited to watch Queendom Puzzle with you! I support your decision to skip the preview episode. It's just the first hour of episode 1 so you'd just end up sitting through the same part twice. I know you haven't learned all of purple kiss's names yet so I was very happy that you recognized Yuki! Also Queen Bora and Jiwon from cherry bullet were on GP999. I don't think there's anyone else you'd know on the show. Since the premise of this show is to form a new project group mnet is encouraging people to pick their top 7. I'm sure nobody cares but here's mine :) Top7: Yeeun, Yeoreum, Yuki, Kei, Nana, Bora, Jiwon Honorable Mentions: Dohwa(Chanmi AOA), Yeonhee Performance Review: Snap - Pick Cat Just debut them now! Yeeun and Yuki rap line is insane. PK doesn't really have a rap line so this is a new experience for me. Also I'm sure Yuki could learn a lot from Yeeun. Yeeun is incredible as always. She's my 1 pick if anyone is going to make it I hope it's her. Justice for CLC. Her and Yujin can just lead the mnet girl groups into the future! Center Yeoreum is incredible. In a large group like WJSN and with visual centers like Bona and Seola she doesn't get a lot of center time. Some people will probably complain since WJSN won Queendom 2 so why is she here but even though most of WJSN renewed Starship can't be bothered to do anything with them yet is seems. Queen Bora is a great vocalist but nobody ever seems to vote for her. I thought she did a great job with the different concept especially since her doing the dark concept made you second guess yourself if it was the same person from GP999 :) The rest of the members in this group were all really good and I look forward to getting to know them in the show. This song may end up in my top 10 of the year. I'm really surprised at how much I liked it. Charismatic - Pick on the Top This song really grew on me. The first time I heard it I wasn't the biggest fan. I don't follow Woo!ah! but I've seen some clips of Nana dancing and she's great. I can't get over the cute head thing she did at 1:35. Instantly top 7 for me. I've been rooting for Jiwon since GP999 and she stood out to me here as well. I generally prefer dark concepts so I thought the rest of the girls did well but I'm not familiar with any of them yet. I think they were going for a Step Up 2 vibe with the rain at the end but it didn't really fit the song. Snap - Athena After loving the first Snap performance I didn't think anyone could top Queen Bora's vocals on this song. I was wrong :) Kei is angelic! If I knew how to stich her vocals into the first performance I would only ever listen to that version. I was never a big fan of Lovelyz I just watched them on Queendom and Kei has always stood out. I totally expected her to do the bright concept and be a part of the Charismatic group but she totally killed this concept. I know I just finished gushing about Queen Bora but if the group is going to have 1 main vocalist it has to be Kei. I'm really rooting for Dohwa(Chanmi) but I'm not optimistic that she'll be able to make it. She stood out in this performance but she had the same part as Yeoreum who I think did the part better. Hwiseo from Hikey is the lip bitter :) Somehow in the opening shot I mistook her for Chanmi :) She stood out as well. both Hikey members had the same part in the snap performances and I think I prefer her version. Fye is the blue haired girl. She's Thai Charismatic - Drop the beat I was underwhelmed. Again I prefer the darker concepts and going in I don't know anyone from this team or follow any of the groups the members of this team are from. I thought they did fine but nobody really stood out. Yeonhee caught my eye but Nana did the head thing better. I like Jooe's personality so I'm looking forward to seeing her interactions on the show but the performance was just okay. I'm looking forward to getting to know these members during the show. The bubbles were a nice touch. Chaeyeon and Haein were in the first meeting but dropped out before they formed the groups for these performances. So they're in the first episode. Not sure why mnet is trying so hard to evil edit Chaeyeon as she already dropped out of the show before they must have edited the episode. Sorry for the essay. I'm really excited about this show and haven't been able to talk about it with anyone else. I look forward to reading everyone else's comments. Loved your reaction as always!

But since the opportunity presents itself, here are the contestants in the order that they appear on the song. But they have withdrawn from the show and will not be part of the competition. - Alright, Snap by Pick-Cat. This one is insane and honestly, you could just debut this exact lineup as is. We got Sangah, Yuki, Chaerin, Riina, Yeoreum, Bora and Yeeun (this is also the order they're standing in at the beginning of the video). This performance is honestly perfect and the other girls have a lot to live up to. - Charismatic by Pick on the Top. Left to right at the start of the performance, it's Jiwoo, Jihan, Nana, Jiwon, Wooyeon and Soeun. - This song itself is quite far behind Snap for me but holy shit Nana. I just wanna be clear that I have HUGE bias towards her and I WILL be hyping her up every chance I get. That part with „It's my viiibe“. Get it Nana! - About the age of the tripleS girls here, Seoyeon is 19 and Jiwoo is 17. Which is why I'm not that fond of Jiwoo getting that „I'm naughty“ line. - Snap by Athena. From left to right: Juri, Elly, Miru, Hwiseo, Dohwa, Kei and Fye. - I'll be honest, the other team did this song better. But Hwiseo and Kei though, holy moly. - Hwiseo (lip biter) is really getting to me, man. I've been following H1-Key from the very beginning and Hwiseo was actually added later as a replacement for a member who left. And in the first song with her, she really didn't stick out to me. That has definitely changed now. You got my attention, Hwiseo! - Not really a „sexy“ vibe but Lovelyz's final comeback Obliviate was on the more mature side and MUCH darker than anything they've done before that. - Charismatic by Drop The Beat. Left to right: Suyun, JooE, Seoyeon, Zoa, Yeonhee and Soojin. - Yeah, Momoland was a whole mess from beginning to end. Formed on a highly rigged survival show, originally nine members but three were kicked out at various times. When Momoland completely disbanded, a fan asked one of the kicked members how she felt about the disbandment and her reply was word for word „I don't give a flying fuck“. And I find it so interesting that JooE is still presented here as a member of Momoland. Yeeun and Dohwa appear as solo artists with no groups mentioned for them. But Momoland also disbanded several months ago and their last ever song came out a full year before that. I guess people need the hint where she's from? She's the main reason why Momoland went super viral in 2018 but she also looks extremely different from back then so people might not recognise her. - About the performance itself: again, the other team did it better imo. I'm so sorry Yeonhee but Nana's vibe is much stronger. As a whole, this one leaves me a bit cold. - Ah but you see, since you're pretty much watching this in real time, you'll probably be able to put in your actual real vote. So if you want to, you CAN actually choose your favourite candidates and directly influence the results. - Since the debuting group will consist of seven members, let's do a top 7, just like we did a top 9 for Boys Planet. This is based on the four performances we've seen and my previous knowledge about them. 1. Nana (woo!ah!). I just love her, okay? And again, the „viiibe“ part in Charismatic is exactly that: hella charismatic! 2. Yeeun (CLC). I don't need to explain myself, do I? 3. Yeoreum (WJSN). Also an obvious choice. She really stuck out on Queendom 2 and I'm sure she'll do the same here. 4. Bora (Cherry Bullet). Just let my girl win a survival show ONE TIME I BEG YOU. 5. Hwiseo (H1-Key). It's the lip bite. What can I say? I'm a weak man. 6. JooE (Momoland). This girl is way too amazing on stage to let her go to waste. 7. Kei (Lovelyz). Them vocals. This was fucking impossible to decide btw. If you ask me again tomorrow, I'll have six other girls here, I swear. Except Nana, she will always be my favourite. No, I don't have a delusional crush on her. I hope.

It all depends on if we're going to have a poll next time or if there's going to be another Survival show right after this that people would be interested in, I'd prefer to go with something new, if not, we'll have a poll after QP and see what happens, but I can't give you a definitive yes, I'm sure we'll eventually get to it, but it may take a while before that happens, I'm sorry :(

Yay! I'd been checking every so often to see if you'd react to Queendom Puzzle, so I'm super happy you did. I absolutely love your Ven Para reaction, been waiting for Weeekly to release more music to get your analysis of their music videos again cuz it was so fun :D That's actually the video that made me subscribe to your channel QP is going to be a great time for lots of people to get to know so many incredible artists and so I look forward to Sunday or whenever you'll be able to upload the reaction for Tuesday's episode. Everyone is so impressive My ideal debut team right now is the four Weeekly members plus Nana, Kei, and the last being Yeonhee/Jiwoo/Rina Since this is my first time getting your patreon, and I found out about Kei through QP, I'm thinking of watching your Queendom 1 reactions :) See you in the next video

seriously guys are you still on the "evil editing"???? many of you have already watched a lot of survival shows, many of you know how much idols love and respect each other. even when there are tensions or disagreements, this is settled very quickly and very quietly. So maybe it's me who's been watching Mnet for a very, very, very long time. but they are only doing their job to highlight the notable thing of the show if the idols lose their heads, or seem tense they all show it as they show when they are happy, confident and in admiration in front of their elders. etc... it's just an MNET LMAO show we know. now queendom puzzle for DG Marcel already told you who is who I'm just going to give my opinion Already there are several girls accustomed to survival as well on Chaeyoung but also Miru, Juri and Jooe I'm happy that this show gives a chance to certain groups or idols to have more visibility or a second chance. for me the girls i will support the most are -MIRU AND JURI (from produce 48) I'm an absolute fan of these girls. Japanese idols have become very popular after produce 48 and it's partly because of grace and talented girls like them. -NANA is the leader of WOO!AH and this group deserves more visibility Nana is an incredible girl and for me one of the most beautiful female idols of the 4th generation she has nothing to envy to IRENE or JISOO - JIHAN member of weekly who had made a very good start with their song AFTER SCHOOL, but their agency was unable to capitalize on this success. their last comeback goes back quite a long time and they have lost the momentum since during 2022 many very talented GG made their debut. Jihan has an amazing voice like many of the Weekly members. - YEEUN probably my ultra favorite. she has a very big talent and a potential still too little exploited as a rapper for me. - FYE is a member of the only unit 48 in thailand I had the chance to see her a few months ago in bangkok and she made a good impression on me. - YOREUM among my favorite also I just love this girl too much and she is a very good dancer. -Bora after GP 999 I had a bit of trouble for her that she couldn't join KEP1ER I hope this time it's the right one.

We keep complaining about evil editing because Mnet just keeps doing it. Yes, WE know that there isn't any bad blood between these people but that doesn't make Mnet's editing style okay. Because there are people that will believe the fake narratives that Mnet tries to spin and then they go and hate on the idols in question. Candidates lose votes because of quotes that were pulled way out of context.

its fine! i just recently watched iland, cause i wanted to get to know enhypen a little bit better. so i wanted to see if you have reacted to it, so i asked myself if you have maybe already watched it or if you maybe gonna react to it in the future, since you have a lot of surivial show reactions. iland is definitly my fav surival show, from the, what i have watched. i also liked boys planet, girls planet ect. but iland i liked a little more. i havent watched more surival shows thought, since they can be exhausting.

you know Marcel I don't think you should take it so seriously. so maybe for me it has become too usual, or maybe it's precisely because I don't fall into the trap. but for me it's no more shocking than the editing of dozens of Western reality TV shows that love to film trash talk between people who really don't like each other. MNET's problem has often been their integrity they have often changed or rigged votes and that's mainly why I don't like them. and yes they happened to manufacture tensions to generate the buzz. have this reminder all of GG999 where they purposely push FU YA NING to teaser YUJIN. but in the vast majority of cases they only show highlights of the show / for example the scene between SINB and YOREUM all fans of GFRIEND or VIVIZ know the outspokenness of SINB and how much she likes to tease these members or even those fans. the moment with YOREUM was rather funny the two played and talked about it. very few people believed in a real quarrel. so for me, talking again and again about "evil editing" is precisely to shed light on things that are not very important. on the other hand criticize MNET as much as you want on their way of manipulating the votes I would be the first to say it too XD on this good evening Marcel and thank you for your post.
