Great reaction (as always) :) It's nice that you watched Blackpink House before so you get running gags (like "i have no money" in thai). Blackpink Diaries is my favorite "reality tv" show from them. It's less scripted and a more natural vlog series. YG hat their first ever test run with Lisa TV and then their first big series with Blackpink House. Therefor Blackpink House still was (to a certain degree) more scripted (through all these games, challenges and events), because YG still lacked the confidence and feared it might get to "boring" for the audience otherwise. By now they already know how entertaining the girls are by themselves (without any scripted game) and that they don't need to overproduce a show like this. So in this one way less external direction or overproducing and more trust into letting our four girls just be. Because of that, they also allowed them to start their own YouTube channels and vlog there "on their own" if they want.

This series is great for highlighting so many things that you've already noted - the bond that the girls have with each other and with the fans, the enormous amount of people and effort it takes to put on something like a concert (or make an M/V). This series is when I realized what a great relationship they have with all of the supporting staff. They know who they all are, they laugh and joke with them, they hang out with them on their off time. That isn't necessarily the norm for major stars. What really showed me how genuinely likeable these girls are is by noticing the staff in the background. When the girls are goofing around, or just being cute, you can see the staff laughing or smiling at their antics. I'm sure that all of these people, from the band, the back-up dancers, the make-up and hair, wardrobe, etc., have had much less enjoyable relationships with people they had to work with. It's why this series is so enjoyable, it looks like EVERYONE is having a good time and putting everything into making each show as good as possible.
