So the standard style of a fan signing is that they will do a performance of their song and talk for a bit (maybe play some games). Then afterwords fans will line up and they will get a brief one on one with each idol in the group, where they will sign their album along with talking for a bit. One common thing to do is to have a sticky note with a question on it that the idol can answer it and then they can have a record. Obviously doing it online is a bit different. In general, you will see idols being pretty upbeat and happy during those as they like making connections with their fans. The fast math on won to USD is to take it down to the next level. So 5 billion won would be roughly 5 million dollars. It is a little less than that, but you get the idea.

Yeah I can definitely appreciate that happiness and their demeanor when meeting fans, I'd feel very special as a fan/blink if I had the chance to talk to Lisa/BP, even online, she made it seem special regardless

One of the things I like about BP is how they seem very aware that it's not all about them. A group like BP or an artist like Lisa is an industry in and of itself. They always have such respect for, and good relationships with, the staff/back-up dancers, etc. When people like working with you, it makes everything go easier and the final product turns out better. You always see them giving credit to everyone and they know who they are and have jokes with them. These productions can get draining on everyone, but a positive attitude can keep morale up and keep everyone energized.
