Hey!

With the end of the month closing in, and the computer still working on those renders, I just wanted to make it a bit clearer, that the release will be a day or two late, due to parts of the renders taking a quite a bit longer than initially anticipated. I've mentioned it in a previous post, and on some comment replies, but I doubt everyone has noticed these.

Patron PC release: 1st/2nd of February (portraits during internals likely to be missing until 4th/5th of February)

Rest of the platforms (Android version etc.): 4th/5th of February

Public release/Recordings: 4th-6th of February

I won't have access to my PC during most of the 2nd-3rd of February, which is the reason for the few days of wait between the initial Patreon release and the final release/recordings.

On another note. Have any of you Linux users tried Diminishment with that new Steam feature that came out recently? The Linux version can't run h264 videos, so if you can run it this way, it likely would be a better option than doing a separate slightly dodgy build for Linux. You probably might not want to add it in your library using the actual name, however, for obvious reasons!

Sorry for the slight delay!

Linux user here, I managed to get that version to work fine if you go into .config/unity3d/Eskoz/Diminishment, open the prefs file and manually fill in your native resolution in the "Screenmanager Resolution Height" and width, also change "Use Native" to 1 instead of 0. This gets rid of a bug where the screen is super zoomed in but unfortunately it seems to cause artifacting in the whole game (not just the videos). It's not game breaking nor does it really take away from the experience too much. As for steam, I wasn't able to get it to work personally with proton (doesn't even open) but that doesn't mean someone else couldn't. I appreciate you making a linux version though!

Eskoz

Thanks, good to know. It's just that currently I need to transcode the videos to a different format inside unity when building to Linux. It loses some quality, in addition to taking extra time. It's manageable at this moment, but in the future as the amount of videos grows, it's going to take more and more time. Assuming the video player component doesn't start supporting h264 with linux in the future of course.

Hey, i was wondering when the public releace of the game is (1 to 2 febuary or 4 to 6) . By the way i love your work and what you are doing, keep up the great work.

Eskoz

Thanks! As stated in the post, public release will be on the 4th-6th of February.

Hey, I'm really keen for this next video to go public. Sorry if I sound pushy or i'm bugging you by asking this, but should the video definitely be out by tomorrow?

Eskoz

Yes, it'll be out some time tomorrow. Possibly later today.

So, I'm not into CV or UB, but I had to examine both without a sexual urge just to admire your animation, cringing all the while. As always, supreme work. I wanted to praise your inclusion of semen in both genitals and the sloshing sounds and animation. I think this kind of content would fit perfectly in future vore pieces. Up til now the stomach models you've been using were empty of any food. The exception was the previous chapter where the girl swallowed a candy bar. I think many of us would love to see fuller stomachs with lakes of food. Either way, great work!

Has anyone else had issues downloading the newsest version on android

Eskoz

Were you able to download it? The links should be working normally.

I had to fight with it but it kept popping errors from the apk file when i was downloadint it and one of my friends is having the same problem

Eskoz

Probably just routing issues between your area/ISP and Mega. But if you did get it eventually, that's good. I allocated some more of my transfer quota to people downloading my files, but it's nowhere near full, so I doubt it will change much.

Basiclly you would open the apk to start the application it would stage the app to install on the phone then just error out saying it couldnt be downloaded

Eskoz

What android version are you on? I just tested it on 6.0 with an emulator and it seems to work okay. You shouldn't need to even be online to install it, once you have it downloaded on your phone.

Eskoz

Just installed it successfully in airplane mode, so it definitely shouldn't need any online connection/addition downloading, once you have the .apk downloaded on your device. Is it possible your download from mega came out corrupted? Have you tried redownloading one of the various free_alt versions instead for example? To be on the safe side, it might be better to download it on the PC first, and then transfer it to your device through there. My phone is 8.0 as well, so there should be no issues.

Eskoz

I'm sure this isn't the case, but make sure you've also enabled the option that allows non verified apps to be installed from the device's settings.
