Heyo! Happy New Year! And with the start of the new year, I return to normal tum production (although I still ended up making lots of tums during my "hiatus" *sweat*) To see what work I did during December, check out December's update post >>> December Schedule (I'm On Hiatus, But Read This To See What Bits I'll Be Doing This Month!)

First order of business—I will be posting the first animated pin-up poll of 2021 tomorrow, so if you're eligible to suggest a character, you have roughly 24 hours to do so! Go here to suggest a waifu! January Animated Pin-up Character Suggestion Thread—Suggest your waifus!

Last year, I posted a poll asking how you felt if I ignored the monthly rigid schedule and instead focused on "it's done when it's done". The consensus was "we don't mind either schedule", so from this point on, I'll be ignoring the "end of month crunch" and working on an animation until I'm satisfied. I still intend to post regularly, but instead of taking 4 days to make an animation, I might take 6-7, depending on what needs to be done. Hopefully, this will allow for more fleshed out animations, in all the meanings that phrase can convey. If an animation is started in January but is posted in February, I'll make sure all January patrons get access to the file. You won't miss out, I promise!

Additionally, after experiencing lag while making the Annie animation, I will likely split animations into multiple parts. If I don't need to split a file, I won't, but if needs be, you may notice multiple files for one animation, just like the old days of Denial or Babysitter. XD Speaking of the old days...

In regards to animations featuring my OCs, and to patrons missing the times that I made animation series, I wish to attempt making series again. This will allow for a concept to be explored thoroughly, over multiple parts, and (hopefully) let each section run better. I'll explain how this system will work when I post the polls for the relevant content, along with the nefarious ideas I have for spicing up how a series will play out as they unfurl :D. (Note: the winners of the animated pin-ups will not be series. They may be split into multiple parts if required, but I won't consider these "series". Yes, I can be quite confusing sometimes. :) )

Where do animated gifs factor into all of this? Hmm! I was thinking that in between longer animations, I would do an animated gif to keep things varied. At the very least, from now on, I intend to make an animated gif for the runner-ups of the OC and animated pin-up polls. Animated gif series would likely still happen, but not all at the beginning of a month like I used to. As with the other HTML5 content, I'll take a little more time with these gifs, to make them really shine.

Also, lastly but not least, if you're looking to save a dollar or few, check out the newer cheaper variants I have for most of my tiers. All rewards are the same, so if you've wanted to jump up a tier but not spend as much to do so, now is the time!
