Now, something that is rarely discussed is the damage heroes do to a dungeon's plumbing and water works. They just seem to have no care for bathrooms or anything else civilized. 

Well, we at dungeon cleaning Inc have a master available to you. His name is Bob. But don't let his diminutive name dissuade you, he is the best plumber this side of the material plane. 

If he can't fix the job from the outside, because of his unique nature he can fix problems from the inside, meaning no costly digging up pipes and whatnot.
