Early iteration of the bovine head, hopefully we can create a good yl2 version of Charlotte later with it. The ears are still quite rough, but we think they're getting there : 3

A bit too wide, in my opinion. Be sure to have a width tweakable in the final version, preferably with a length one as well, as it's a very short snout by default due to the cartoony look you're going for. Would be nice to get a more realistic bovine head, too, at some point in the future, but those tweakable options would go a long way in the mean time, methinks.

When do you think you'll introduce actual ball inflation or a sheath option with larger balls?

It's already possible to configure the balls in their inflated state, but there's currently no slider for controlling the transition from default state to inflated. I reckon we'll get to it closer to the animation systems being implemented. There's quite a lot of other things that have higher priority atm, such as the cloud implementation, fur shading, sub-surface scattering, shaft dynamics and flexi-components (ears, tails).
