An update on some stuff I've been working on. The video is an hour long so I figure I'll let it speak for itself. If you're not interested in specifics, it's probably enough to just skim the video and see the visuals for yourself.

Also a reminder that pledges will resume shortly. I haven't had time to put together a blog post but I hope the video is enough.

Emitters & Shaders (Work in Progress)

Youtube's compression really mangled the rain and film grain effects. Everything else seems visible, although it's a lot more crisp in reality.

I've used Unity quite a lot and the particle system there had an option for "precooking" shaders meaning they would already be simulated to the point of "equilibrium" from start
