The doctor guy (YeoJeong) was seen a bit in ep 1, the part where she was getting coffee and he was the guy behind her with his friend. What makes The Glory great is that each episodes just gets better and better. You won't be disappointed, can't wait for your next reactions.

I'm genuinely surprised and impressed you recognized every member of the bullies at the beginning of the episode (even Yeon-Jin's husband). Many reactors to the show were confused and it took a couple more episodes for them to tell who's who. Great job! Glad you like the show so far. Ep 3 & 4 will definitely make you fall in love with it.
