Alice Becomes Shinobu’s Toy (Pixiv:October 6, 2013) (Patreon)

    Alice, who could not go to the bathroom alone at night, always woke up Shinobu to follow her.  Shinobu took advantage of this situation and set a trap for Alice.  As a result, Alice could not go to the bathroom and peed many times.  Shinobu ordered Alice to wear a diaper because of peeing.  Shinobu wanted to turn Alice into his cute toy, a pee-pee doll.

    In this illustration, we created several diffs in the diaper wearing scene.  One is one in which she wears a cloth diaper so thick that it cannot be hidden.  The other is a cute tape-type diaper.  The last one is an extra illustration that I drew based on my fantasy that Karasuma-sensei has a diaper fetish.
